Hi thinking of buying this used, the seller says its body solid but doesn't know what model.
If it is a body solid I know its an older model being white in colour.
I dont think its a bpr 100 or wppr 82 because there are 27 adjustments for the safety's or were there variations of these racks?
I am putting together a home setup and have very limited space, so I would like the option of adding a lat attachment in the future.
Just wondering if anybody know what model the rack is and if any of the newer body solid lat attachments are compatible with it?
Thanks!

Looks like a decent rack if the price is right I would go for it. With limited space, a standalone lat tower may actually be better. The racks with lat towers built in take up a LOT of room, you can't adjust how they sit in relation to each other, and you may not be able to get full ROM on them.

I don't believe that that is a Body Solid rack at all. To the best of my knowledge they never used that color scheme (no black top bars) and they never used that Pull-up set-up. The bottom rear cross member is also not in the configuration of any body solid rack I have ever seen.
I'd agree with the above on the attached lat tower. Separate is easier to deal with than attached.[]---[] Equipment Crew Member No. 11

That looks pretty close. Maybe an older version of that with an optional multi grip bar.█════█ Rogue Barbell Club #12 █════█

I think it's actually the 8515...

Thanks guys for the replies!
Throwaway3441 you’re a power rack aficionado, It certainly looks like a TDS rack.
Stacher1 that looks like the exact model.
THErunCMD & Wildtim ill certainly consider a separate lat attachments further down line.
Do you think the rack plus accessories shown, Olympic bar and about 160lbs of Olympic plates is worth 380 dollars?

If he throws in the rest of the 300# set I would go as high as 380 but I would much prefer $350 or less. If he won't give you the full set I'd offer no more than $250.
If he gets pissy when you want the rest of the set I'd walk.
It would cost nearly as much to fill in the set as it would be to get a new one.
You're in a pretty good bargaining position since he doesn't even know what brand rack he has.[]---[] Equipment Crew Member No. 11

Since I just picked up the same rack and thought I would chime in here.
The rack in question is a TDS 8510, not the 8515. The working area from front to back posts is about 25 1/2" vs 33" in the TDS 8515. There is a bolt onto the frame on the upper back corner of the 8515, not so on the 8510. Otherwise I believe they are identical. I was tight on space, so I was looking to replace my Pioneer rack with something smaller front to back. The Body Solid GPR378 and Powertec are often compared to the 8515. Ive owned them all and they are all solid racks, but the 8510 (so i assume the 8515) feels more planted. Ive only done dips and pull ups, but i get less movement of the rack vs the BS or PTEC. I think the method of bracing at the upper corners is just a better design that those racks.
It ended up costing me $160 after selling the bench that came with the rack (Parabody 874). Im happier with it than I expected Id be after giving up a commercial rack. Hopefully this will be helpful if anyone comes across this or the 8515 for a good price. (sorry for the sh*t pic quality).

Why'd you give up the commercial rack, dskoo65?
You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?
