Now they just need to make shorter crossmembers for Monster racks.
It just came in. Email team@roguefitness.com asking for it and they'll send you an invoice, or you can substitute it in when buying a rack by leaving a comment on the order page. Depending on how nice you ask, they may sub it in for free or up-charge you.

As you can see, it's gloss black to match the new ML half rack, so it may contrast against a matte black powdercoat if that's what you have (ie HR-2 / RML-490 / RML-690)

On the topic of Rogue, I must admit that new RML Half rack looks saweeet! $1400 with the spotter arms makes it quite a bit cheaper than my Legend , then those darn 5/8" attachment are so much cheaper than the Monster/Titan Series stuff I have to buy now. Probably shouldn't put too much thought into it, I'll never get out of the Legend rack without taking a massive loss.

Sunk cost fallacy! You already took the loss.

I like the new ML Half Rack, but I still prefer the HR-2 for the flat feet and more customizability. You get any color, and can add on the plate storage sizes/quantity that you want. Maybe I want 2 long, one short, and one double.

Does anyone know if the Rhino Drop in belt squat is compatible with Gen 1 monster RM6 Power Rack. I was concerned about the bottom cross members. They sit up a little higher then the current Monster Racks.

Bottom cross members are the same between 1.0 and 2.0 apart from holes being only on 2 sides on 1.0 .

It is the top cross members that have different design around the flanges with 2.0 . So i think it should fit unless Rhino needs holes on the top of the bottom cross members.

I had RM 1.0 and now own RM 20

Agreed. I have an RM 1.0 and a Rogue Rhino stand-alone and when I put the rhino together, the rhino platform frame only bolted to the side of the rhino crossmember/foot (holes spaced 10” apart center to center)...no bolting to the top of the crossmember needed. I checked the height between the ground and bottom crossmember of my rack and height between the ground and bottom of the rhino crossmember/foot and it’s the same (4”).

Rogue appears to have a winner with the new adjustable bench 3.0. $45 shipping so you don't have to ship a bench via freight, all the positive features of the AB-5200 but with what at least appears to be nicer fit and finish. I think it has a few more adjustment options as well. I can't imagine ever buying the AB-5200 over this.

Awesome find! I'm tempted to flip my 2.0 version in favor of the 3.0 after seeing all of its new improvements.

I like the Ohio bar so I just bought them all . Not srs , but I spent $3500 with the bar rack .
My last bars were 150 psi and bent . Found it dangerous when your benching and the bar is trying roll out of your hand.

Sold them and ordered new bars from Rogue .

Top bar is orange cerakote 28.5mm
    #2 Black zinc 28.5mm
#3 the crown jewel ,29mm full stainless power bar
    #4 27mm deadlift bar
    #5 32mm squat bar

So far I’m happy with my purchase. The orange bar wasn’t necessary, but just there to go with the orange black chrome theme of my home gym. Btw everything yellow will someday be changed to orange

    Hello folks,

Couple of questions about Rogue AB-2 vs Rogue monster Utility bench 2.0. I've always worked out in commercial gyms, so did not have a chance to try either of them in person.

    1) Is the AB-2 as stable as the Rogue Utility bench in the flat position? I'd prefer to buy a single bench as opposed to a flat bench & an incline bench.
    2) Rogue utility bench can be had with the Thompson fat pad. Never had shoulder problems personally, but better to prevent them. Would you recommend the 14" fat pad over the 12" width of AB-2 ?

Thanks for any of your suggestions in advance.

If I can find a way to make my prime adjustable tailstand then I'd say it's better due to the lighter weight. The 125lbs can be a con or a pro depending on what you need.

Box Squat popped up and scooped it at very reasonable price . Paid few $$ more than Titan's one. As you get older box sq's can be "mandatory" lol.

It is really nice . The rubber top is 1" thick horsestall mat. 24"X24". The seller had the smooth side down and bubble side up.

Relatively easy to adjust . Those KB's are just there for now so that they are not on the ground. Thinking of giving it a make over with wheels and handle but for now will leave it as it is . Just need to push it out when done. It is listed at 78 lb out which i think at least 30 to 35 lbs is the rubber top.

On the AB 3,0 i think it is definitely winner . They are going after Rep . I was tempted too then i remembered the following when i had AB 2.0

    1. Little heavy to move it around . AB 3.0 is listed at 125 lbs.

    2. I like my current dedicated incline bench padding ( 12") and very easy to move it around .

I never thought Rogue got enough credit for it's benches especially when it came to padding and material (just a nice balance of firmness and tackiness). It's sweet for sure and I'd buy in a heartbeat today.

I own the AB 1.0 and have never convinced myself to upgrade. Does everything I want and while it only has 2 seat and 4 back positions and not quite as elegant...these are the only ones I'd ever use anyway and they are perfect. Plus I have a dedicated flat with a FatPad. Granted my needs/wants are unique to me but I've pondered swapping it out for a Rep or other for years, kind of disappointed I can't convince myself to upgrade. Probably need to spend more time on the forum for therapy!

The bench looks great but without a dedicated benching station, I can't see ever wanting a 125lb bench in my home gym. I'm happy with my light Rep low flat bench with a wide pad and my IM Pro bench. Both light, both easy to move, both address all my needs and neither will ever crush under the combined 550-600 lbs of my bench+bw

Just checked out rogues new bench . Pretty sweet other than the pad is too narrow imo. I also prefer 12” wide , so this is a deal breaker for me.
Bummer ,as I would have ordered it

Anyone have any experience using their Rhino drop in belt squat as a lat pulldown with the surplus strength lat pulldown attachment? Curious for any observations/feedback on how they work together.

I’m curious myself. I have the Rhino and it’s a great machine but mine is a stand alone so I need some ideas with an 88” tall ceiling to consider

If you’re going to attach it to your rack and have ceiling height limitations, you can do this:

    Sweet bar collection MT!!

Only thing I'd change is sell that 28.5 black zinc and get you a nice 28mm Rogue Oly bar in stainless.

Rogue now offering $75 flat rate shipping on your entire order if you buy a rack. Apparently only items stocked in their warehouse and not for made to order products. This makes a rack like the RM-6 cost less than $300 more than the Rep PR-5000 configured similarly. I don't see anyway that Rep competes with that.

Also makes me that much more tempted to upgrade my RML-490 to an RM-6 but then I think about a Sorinex rack instead...

I love my RM-6 because I have stuff attached all over it, but be aware it's got a pretty large footprint and may actually be much bigger than you need.
