I went ahead and ordered the OPB in bare steel about an hour ago. This will be my first rogue product so I'm pretty excited about getting it. I also purchased the slingshot for benching since I was on their site. My shoulders have been bothering me so I'm hoping this helps a little.

Very upset right now. Still have yet to use my Rogue stuff due to being sick or being busy. Got back to working out today and something gave in my abs while doing sit ups. Going to the docs tomorrow to see if I got myself another hernia. Had lower one back in 2001. This pain is above my navel.
FML. I will return.▪█─────█▪ Rogue Barbell Club #998 ▪█─────█▪

I finally picked up the Rogue color change plates. They were worth the wait (pun intended). Very accurate and half the price of the comparable Eleikos (though they're still pretty expensive).

My new RML-390F rack. I am very pleased. Shipping was fast and the packing was excellent. There was zero damage to any of the items. I'm coming from a bolted down R3 as we're preparing to move in a month and I can't bolt down at my next home.. I was worried I would miss the stability, but it's not an issue at all. I also love the extra 6" of depth inside (24" vs. 30") and being able to mount the matador in any direction with the 3x3 posts.
Accessories include: sandwich j-cups, strap safeties, matador, 3" pull-up spheres, spud econo lat pull down.
It's almost embarrassing how much Rogue equipment I have now, but they simply have not disappointed.Equipment Crew #68, Ivanko Crew #47, Rogue Barbell Club #7, Mech6 Crew #30

It could. I see a couple of holes in front of the uprights but I'm not sure if those outer bolts are in the way. I don't think this will fit...

...but I'd wager you could find something similar at Home Depot or have a local fabricator make one cheap.█════█ Rogue Barbell Club #12 █════█

I like options. I'll have a platform to bolt the rack into at my current place, but may not have that option at the next... I'm not very price sensitive when it comes to extra flexibility, and don't want the rack to move around.
If I had it my way I'd just have you build another bumble bee rack and not worry about it

New wrist roller with rack mount option.

An update to their adjustable bench 2.0
http://www.roguefitness.com/rogue-adjustable-bench-2-0
I like the wrist roller but it is a bit pricey. Bench reminds me of some other brand but with bolt on sides for the adjustment notches.▪█─────█▪ Ivanko Barbell Crew #76 ▪█─────█▪

I had an interesting day with my OPB. Since my new revolvers were delivered I thought I'd take my new OPB apart and make sure it was worthy of the new plates. My bar is bare steel and it came delivered perfectly but I still wanted to tinker with it a little bit. Before I started I put a 45 on the bar and timed the spin. The collar spun for 15 seconds but had a knocking sound (and feel) on both ends. When I took the collars off everything looked perfect, no gouges, rust, nothing, it all looked great. I noticed a very light coat of oil that was dark brown by the thicker end of the collar so I decided to wipe everything down and put a thin layer of Weapon Shield grease on it instead. After I put the bar back together the ends still had the same knocking sound but the spin was incredible. Both sides spun for 1 minute and 22 plus seconds. The knocking is still there but I was shocked (and I mean shocked) and how well this thing spun. I know spin isn't everything but what a difference 10 minutes worth of work made.

Whoa...impressive!
After reading that, I had to go measure mine <insert joke here>. For comparison, I'm getting around 30 secs on my OHP with one 20 kg plate. I haven't taken it apart to look at the sleeves -- will save that for a rainy day.
Regardless, impressive spin for a power bar![]---[] Equipment Crew #73 []---[]
