the only real unrealistic part is when they first descent and the black guy has to wait 25 years for them to come back, doesn't make any sense what in gods freaking name did he do that 25 years all alone by himself wouldn't your patience just run out and how in the heck did he feed himself.

Romilly studied the black hole a lot, he actually told Coop not to skip it, he did take a couple sleeping breaks but yes, he was awake for most of the years.

It is considered a plothole but I could see some people spending 25 years alone. Keep in mind hes a scientist and a lot of scientists are secluded from society living as hermits, pondering over problems we couldn't even cope.

Saw the movie a of couple weeks ago and I have to say it was the best movie I've ever seen in my life and I've watched thousands of movies. As a sci-fi addict that movie almost gave me an overdose I had to pause several times to contemplate how awesome this thing is. Oh yeah and I totally didn't cry like a little bitch like three or more times.
