My workout days do not coordinate with how Jim Stoppani 12 week shortcut to size. Ive tried changing the start date. Is there anyway instead of viewing the calendar for the planned workouts ahead, if I can change the date a scheduled workout is planned? For example. Rest day Monday(monday) , Day 4, Rest day (wednesday), change it on the calendar to Day 4 (monday), Rest tuesday....ect. I know I can go into the view calendar in the app and pick a scheduled workout, but Id like it to be able to fall on my workout days. Is this even possible? Its just annoying trying to figure out which was my last workout when they don't coordinate with the dates. Thanks!
