    Calorie intake help

So I'm consuming 1406 calories in protein and 794 in carbs and fats per day. Is this good? I'm only trying to consume 2200 cals a day as of right now since I'm new to all this calorie counting.
    HT: 6"0
    Weight: 220
    Bench: 320
    Squat: 405

I'm 17 lifting more then some grown men. Have to love the pollock genes.

    So...:
    1406/4= 351.5g of protein?
    794/4= 198g carbs?
    and 0g of fat?

You are not doing this right. not even close. Go read the stickies, esp the one labelled calculating calorie and macro nutrient needs. Then if you still have questions, come back...

Also, you're 17. Why are you counting calories? Just eat when you're hungry, use common sense when determining what to eat, and most importantly, have fun. Wait until you're done with puberty and body changed before you begin counting calories/cutting/bulking.

Mis-read it, but yea, too much protein. More is not better. Caloric range seems decent but the ratios are way off..

at 220lbs 2200kcal seems a little too low for me, even if you're trying to cut. start with more calories so you give yourself some room o lower it, if necessary. and like said above, 1406kcal protein is way too much. keep it at 220-250g and you will be fine. for sure more carbs + fats!
