Really? I think most raw lifters fail their bench presses just a few inches off their chest and it's usually because of speed off the chest. Not that the slingshot isn't a helpful tool in general, but I definitely think the strength curve on the slingshot is not what most peoples raw bench strength curve is.

Lmfao @ OP going nc on own thread. OP had to take step back and reevaluate his fraud life. Also had to reassess why he had the audacity to post his poverty front squat. Not only he claim 315 bench, he claim poverty 245 atg front squat when he can barely hit parallel (questionable) with 205:

Like it's been said already, OP's deadlift is probably the most accurate indicator of his real strength level since it's the one lift you can't really cheat on (that shoulder press was hilarious). 385 is a respectable deadlift for 11 months, but it's definitely not proportional to a 315 bench and 110 db press. The reason for that being his deadlift is probably real while the others are obviously nonsense.

OP would drop 315 pounds on himself and crush his trachea if he attempted it without a slingshot and assistance from a spotter. lol just lol at your pathetic attempt for attention.

From the looks of this thread, 225 for reps of 5-8 after 3-4 years of lifting seems to be the average. After four years of lifting I can barely do a 1x6 of full ROM two plate flat bench.
