    Woke up this morning at 320 and downed a scoop of white warped. 10 mins later I was out the door heading to the gym. Upon arriving, I warmed up before hitting hypertrophy leg day. First was front squats for 4x8,8,7,7 (155,155,165,175). Next was RDL for 4x12,10,10,8 (195,205,205,215). Next was a superset of smith machine leg press 4x12,12,10,10 (315,315,335,335) and smith machine hip thrusts 4x15,15,12,12 (315,315,335,335). Next was a superset of Kettlebell swings 4x12,12,8,8 (60,70,90,90) and weighted crunch 4x20,20,15,15 (25,35,45,45). Last was a superset of rhino machine squats 4x12,10,10,8 (160,170,170,180) and glute ham raises 4x15. I then did sled pushes for 30 yards (100,115,115,120,120,125). Afterwards, I went home and ate eggs, pancakes n turkey bacon. Hypertrophy back n shoulders tomorrow

    Woke up this morning and downed a scoop of HailStorm and a scoop of Carbon Prep. 10 mins later, I was out the door heading to the gym. Upon arriving I warmed up before heading to spark hypertrophy back n shoulders. First up was reverse pec deck for 4x13,13,11,10 (195,195,200,200). Next was weighted neutral grip pullups 4x6,6,5,5 (25). Next was reverse grip barbell rows for 4x12,10,10,8 (185,195,195,205). Standing barbell military press was next for 4x11,9,8,7 (135,145,145,155). Next was a superset of 1 arm hammer strength rows 4x10,12,11,9 (360,340,350,360) and DB Arnold press 4x12,11,9,9 (55,60,65,65). Next was a superset of Smith machine shrugs 4x11,10,8,7 (295,295,305,305) and seated DB lat raises 4x20,20,13,13 (20,20,25,25). Last was a superset of close grip pulldowns 4x15,12,12,10 (160,165,165,170) and lying upright rows 4x12,12,10,10 (130,130,135,135). I then did a superset for abs: Russian twist 4x12 (35) and knee tucks on a row machine 4x12. I then went home n did a 30 min incline walk on the treadmill. I then ate a cup of oats n 4 eggs. Rest n food til Monday

    Woke up and ate eggs at 320 and downed a RTD C4 Ultimate then left for the gym. I warmed up and did Layne Norton Phat Upper body power session. First up was pullups 4x10,10,10,7 and pec deck 4x15,12,12,10 (275,280,280,285). First was incline bench for 4x6,6,4,4 (225,225,235,235). Next was Rogue log press for 4x6,6,2,4 (160,160,170,170. Next was a superset of T-Bar rows for 4x6,6,4,4 (230,230,240,240) and facepulls 4x15,12,12,10 (60,65,65,70). Next was a superset of low rows 4x15,12,12,10 (120,125,125,130) and seated side lat raises 4x12,12,8,8 (25,25,30,30). I then started arm work with machine dips 4x12,10,10,8 (305,325,325,345) and rope cable curls 4x12,11,10,8 (120,130,140,150). Last was a superset of close grip bench 4x8,8,6,5 (220,220,230,230) and arm blaster curls 4x10,10,7,7 (100,100,110,110). I then did 25 mins of steady state cardio on the stairclimber. Afterwards, I went home and ate a 1/2 cup of oats, a banana, and 4 eggs. Power Leg day on deck for tomorrow

First up was squats for 4x6,6,6,3 (280,290,300,310). Next was hex bar deadlifts for 4x5,7,5,5 (355,355,365,375). Next was Power cleans for 4x5 (185,195,205,215). lNext was lying leg curls were next for 4x12,12,8,8 (155,155,160,160) and leg extensions 4x12,12,10,10 (170,170,175,175). I then did a superset to get some ab work in: hanging oblique raises 4x20,16,15,15, kneelingcable side bends 4x15,15,12,12 (42.5,47.5,52.5,52.5) and hanging knee raises 4x15 . Afterwards, I came home and ate a pancake, turkey bacon, and 4 eggs. Track Sprints on deck tomorrow.

    Woke up at 430 this morning n headed to the track up the street. Did dynamic warmups then it was track sprints. I did:
    1-400m (30 air bicycles after)
    3-300m (30 v-ups after 3rd 300)
    5-200m (30 air bicycles after 5th 200)
    6-100m (1 min plank hold after last 100)
    I then stretched before heading home and eating 4 eggs and 1/2 cups of oats. Chest and arms hypertrophy tomorrow

    Woke up this morning and downed a scoop of Vapor1. 10 mins later, I was out the door heading to the gym. Upon arriving, I warmed up before heading to spark hypertrophy chest n arms. First up was chinups 4x10,10,10,8 and hanging leg raises 4x20. Next was BB bench press for 4x8,8,5,5 (225,225,235,235). Incline DB bench press followed for 4x11,9,7,6 (95,95,100,100). Next was hammer strength bench for 4x13,12,10,10 (160,160,170,170). Last for chest was low cable crossover for 4x20,14,13,10 (55,60,60,65). Now was time for arms. First was a superset of machine curls 4x12,10,9,8 (135,140,140,145) and rope pushdowns 4x12,10,9,7 (85,90,90,95). Next was a superset of standing DB curls 4x12,10,9,7 (45,50,50,55) and cable kickback 4x12,10,10,10 (55,60,60,65). Last was a superset of spider curls 4x12,10,10,8 (55,65,65,75) and 1 arm over head extension 4x12,10,10,8 (65,70,70,75). I then did 20 min incline walk on the treadmill. I then went home and ate 4 eggs and 1 banana n a leftover pancake. Hypertrophy leg day on deck tomorrow

First up was pullups 4x10,10,10,8 and pec deck 4x12,12,10,10 (280,280,285,285). First was incline bench for 4x5,5,3,4 (230,230,240,240). Next was Rogue log press for 4x4,4,3,3 (165). Next was a superset of T-Bar rows for 4x5,5,6,6 (230,230,120,120) and facepulls 4x15,12,12,10 (65,70,70,70). *After second set of 2 arm t bar rows, switched to 1 arm t bar rows. Next was a superset of low rows 4x15,15,12,10 (57,60,63,67) and seated side lat raises 4x12,12,10,10 (25,25,30,30). I then started arm work with machine dips 4x10,10,10,7 (325,325,325,345) and rope cable curls 4x12,10,10,7 (130,140,140,150). Last was a superset of incline close grip bench 4x10,10,8,5 (155,165,175,185) and arm blaster curls 4x10,10,7,7 (100,100,110,110). I then did 25 mins of steady state cardio on the stairclimber. I then did a superset to get some ab work in: broomstick twist 3x15 (115) and lying leg raises 3x15 (115). Afterwards, I came home and ate a pancake, turkey bacon, and 4 eggs.     Woke up this morning at 310 and downed a scoop of white warped. 10 mins later I was out the door heading to the gym. Upon arriving, I warmed up before hitting hypertrophy leg day. First was front squats for 4x10,8,7,6 (165,175,185,195). Next was RDL for 4x12,10,10,8 (215,225,225,235). Next was a superset of rhino machine squats 4x12,10,10,8 (180,190,190,200) and lying leg curls 4x12,10,9,7 (155,160,160,165). Next was a superset of smith machine leg press 4x15,12,12,10 (325,345,345,365) and smith machine hip thrusts 4x15,12,12,12 (325,345,345,365). Last was a superset of Kettlebell swings 4x12,11,11,10 (80,90,90,100) and weighted crunch 4x20,20,15,15 (45,45,50,50). Next was HIT conditioning I did KB snatches x5 (30,30,30,35,35), KB swings x5 (45,45,50,50,55) and burpees x10. Afterwards, I went home and ate eggs, a pancake, and turkey bacon. Hypertrophy back n shoulders tomorrow
