The coffee is like crack. Their donuts used to be GOAT...when they actually made them on premises. They haven't done that for years. When you can get better donuts elsewhere, it isn't worth it. Plus no walnut crunch (except for their retro thing where they brought it back when they should have brought back chili in a MF'n bread bowl).

Must depend on the lication then. Here they tell you before you buy if they are freshly baked or not. But im also not really picky when it comes to junk food. To me its all the same crap lol so I dont set the bar high. If I want really high quality food then I go to a haute cuisine type of restaurant.

I have considered throwing, but the highland games in the area are so closeknit that it's almost impossible to get an entry form, my buddy won a competition last year and they won't let him enter again, they never actually say he can't enter, but they won't tell any of us when or where the competitions are taking place

Well those guys sound like a bunch of grade a douche bags.
But the throwing I do is in track and field so shot put and discus. I may try the highland games when I'm done. Already have a few invites to train with a few guys if and when I want to try it. Seems fun and wouldn't be too hard for me to pick up since it's fairly similar to what I already do.

Tim Hortons donuts are fukkin delicious! And... Krispy cream.. I have never been so disappointed. Just talking about donuts makes me feel like a fatty. I think lifters love donuts more than anyone in the world... Srs.
Squats and Maple syrup son. Squats and Maple syrup.
