Just take some zinc. I use 50 mg of zinc as u would ZMA and it works just as well but instead of spending 40 bucks for a bottle you get 100 pills for 5 bucks! If you want full ZMA just do the same with B6 and Magnesium. Works just as well.
So close to 10k, green is my favorite color nom saiyan?

Hmmm, I don't dream at all, but when I got on ZMA for the first week I had one or two dreams.
I don't really remember, I just remember for some reason I was in canada and I was jumping a wall. After I got off the wall I started fighting a guy I knew from the 5th grade and my ex girlfriend was watching me from far away.
After that I woke up.

JUST TAKE THE ZINC... buying ZMA is a rippoff.. get the zinc, sleep well, and save 15 bucks.
But in that time (a month or so) i never got nothing off just the Zinc like what i've heard in here.''If You Fail To TRY, You TRY To Fail.''

Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.

But does remembering your dream really mean you slept well? I read somewhere dreaming happens to everyone. But most of us are so deep asleep that we do not remember any dreams when we wake up. On the other hand, if we do remember it, thats because we are not in deep sleep. Theres a few levels of sleep like 3 or something if I remember.

So if you wake up shortly after or during this period, you should remember your dreams. It's not as hard as you think it is.
Educate yourself, but stop thinking too much...
