Ho Ho Everyone!
I need your feedback.
From august 2014, I went down from 185 pounds to 163 pounds. I am motivated to hit 10% body fat.
Currently, me and my girlfriend have a 21 month daughter and another child expected in June.
When I do my workout, my daughter is excited and mimic multiple exercises. So the family workout session are fun and pleasant.
The issue is this is the second week that our daughter does not sleep complete night, may because of her teeth.
This affect our my sleep schedule, our energy level and my workout routine.
How do you manage to workout when some kind of event that affect your sleep happen?
