What about when you decide to do something different? I don't always do the same exercise every time around lol
off topic but IMO, it makes me gains. My muscles don't get too used to a certain or two accessory and it makes that much more of a difference for me.B: 185x3

Not sure how it's broscience lol. Different exercises make you utilize muscles differently. It's like the difference between t-bar rows and barbell rows.

I just realized I forgot a set lol, there was another set of 165 for 2 after 275. Also I weighed in 137.. so I guess that's why my squat is going up.
I don't know if I could get through that either man lol 185 10x10.. if I do lighter weight I'm gonna go pretty low so it'd be really difficult after a few sets.. how far did you get? lolLast edited by Enficy; 08-17-2015 at 05:00 PM.

Had a decent workout, but didn't get to hit anything near what I was trying to do today. The majority of bars at my gym are thick bars 5-10lbs heavier than normal 45lb bars. Really fuked up my flat bench today, I hate having no choice but to use the chitty fat bars with little to no knurling.

165x4 just hardly missed the 5th rep, that's when I knew I should have looked around to switch the bars
175x2 didn't even attempt a 3rd. 100% sure that bar is at least 10lbs heavier, then the fact that it's thicker doesn't help

That's unfortunate. Not sure why your gym is borrowing bars from customers or whatever though haha.
If my gym doesnt get new bars by next year (they buy new gear annually) I think I'm gonna have to find a different gym srs lmao.
There's another gym not too far that's $15/month but I don't know how good it is on the inside. I'll have to see in time.B: 185x3

Did shoulders today, was alight. I got caught up talking a bit too much though and ruined my pump, it could have been a lot better.
Anyways, I got a job last week and it's really gonna be taking up a lot time. Working 36 hours.. I should still make it 3 times a week minimum since I have 3 days off. I'll still make dem gains tho no worries ayelmao

Had a friend with me during this workout, so kinda had to workout around that since I was kind of training him too. First session in a week though, and didn't eat enough beforehand so felt pretty weak needless to say. Decided to hit biceps as well since I hadn't been in a week. Gonna need a routine unfortunately to compensate for the lack of time I have to get to the gym now.

Pretty lackluster workout.. but I got it in. My workout schedule is pretty chitty.. I have to work 4 days a week from 4pm-1am with mon, wed, fri off so unless I wake up at 10am it's impossible to go on the work days meaning I can only really fit 3 days in without any trouble. I am going to adjust my sleeping schedule though, it's just hard since I get back at 1am and don't want to sleep till like 4am hahah. Gonna be looking for a new routine, either U/L or a P/P/L that doesn't "require" 6 days a week.B: 185x3
