Malfurion care to make a milestone post? I'll save it to my computer.
For those that know Izzo, he got up to 40 days recently. He banned himself from the computer, which helped immensely. He also lost 10lbs, but knows he still has a long way to go.Into- Mountaineering, running & Djent/Progressive music.

I'm on day 34.
It's gotten easier. Some days I'm not horny. Wet dream 6 days ago. Last night, I dreamed that I died in a plane crash srs wtf.
Really remembering all of my dreams. Before, even if I was lucky enough to remember a dream ,I'd for sure forget details after first 5 min or waking up. Now, I can tell you all about the dream right now and it's been 10 hours.

At the end of the day it's up to you how you write it, all I suggest is that you don't be too brief, write about your experience, why you wanted to quit, any shortcomings you had and if anything has changed for you. For example you could say why you went from barely getting a week, to suddenly breaking 100 days. Here is an example that might give you some ideas:

Good news about Izzo and congrats Malfurian on your success.
I think if Izzo can do it so can I.
I might give this a go again but to tell you the truth I have very low expectations. I expect to go 5 days and then fail.
Not sure when my last one was, I think Sunday but dont know for sure and every day counts so I'll wait to reset and then start my count.
I most definitely dont have a sex/masturbation/porn addiction, its really not a problem. Im doing this for benefits. Any problem with that?

I remember reading the OP, it only listed a few and disregarded the rest as possibly placebo which I can understand. However its not. We cant ignore people saying the same thing over and over again. Id like to see a complete list of common benefits other that overcoming addiction and ED. I have neither.
Im going to give this a good go, but if I was a horse I wouldnt back myself going by my track record.

This is called edging brah. It's not good for your brain and your prostate won't thank you either if you don't have any wet dreams to relieve any prostate congestion.
Mega you've been here before so I'm surprised to see you asking questions. Either do it, or do not. But don't expect your penis to get any bigger, your face to turn into Brad Pitt's or to have the ejaculation force of a fire hose.
It's no use compiling a list of benefits based on most people report. It would be like compiling a list of people who took some of Dr Oz's health products. The majority of the demographic are misinformed/looking for a miracle pill/have little>no credibility.
Approach it like you would going up a mountain. It offers no intrinsic benefits other than the sights and the exercise, and you could easily take the cable car up or stay at home and just go for a run. But some people do it just for a challenge or to do something different instead of the usual 9-5 slog.
We cant ignore people saying the same thing over and over again.
You ever hear of the Miruji Chair? Thousands of people say they lost weight using it. But it's a phucking chair.
Or what about Cell-Tech, and I mean the actual stuff. "My lifts increased by 50% with Cell-Tech!"
Recently a lot of people have been saying the earth is flat. Can we not ignore them?Last edited by WhirlwindTobias; 03-02-2016 at 08:05 AM.

Comeback!!
what's up brahs
decided to make a comeback to this, I'm almost one week and this time is for real.
I don't got time now, a lot of **** is happening in my life since my fwb is involved in a big problem with nudes all over the internet, and since she's a model in my city everyone is talking all over the country (4 real). even the "famous" people (you know, singers were she appears on their videoclips, actors and ****). I'm trying to stay in the background since I don't have nothing to do with this and she's only a fwb, but damn, people are low sharing personal stuff like this. And I had problems cause she thought it could be me.
I want to try to make a big update, and write a post about my journey on nofap and why nofap changed my life and at the same time it didn't nothing, it was all about me doing the moves and why nofap will not change nothing till you realize it's you that need to change your own life. don't use fapping as a excuse to stay passive and do nothing. but more on that later on.
PS: who would guess that nofap would be the start to change my life to the point I would be mess around with models.★★★ I was part of the Ultra 2014 Thread Crew ★★★

17 days in. Longest I've gone without jerking it to pron. Feels like it's getting easier. Getting chit done, stacking Vitamin D pills. Only problem I need to fix is staying up late.
Dont dread my manual labor job as much.
Trying new things, not being so reserved anymore. Feels good not numbing myself through life by fapping.
Trying to get gratification and dopamine rushes through goals and experience.

Your right Tobias, I use to frequent this thread and I do know the benefits. I just wanted to hear it again.
- feeling more alpha
- increased confidence
- increased eye contact (my eye contacts already good)
- decreased or eliminated social anxiety (I dont have it)
- increased sociability
- more energy
- increased testosterone/better lifts
But come to think of it, is nofap going to make me alpha? **** no. Im just one of the boys, im not the alpha, and I dont expect it to make me one. But I believe theres some truth to it. What I think people are trying to say is they feel more confident and they feel strong in personality , more powerful, equal or above other people, and I can explain why I think they are making these claims. I think fapping and porn give people negative feelings of guilt, regret and shame. So in the absence of shame and guilt there confidence and self esteem. It makes sense.
Same thing for increased confidence. In the absence of guilt and shame there is confidence and self esteem. However I believe this will only be short lived and will taper off. I think it can only take you so far and only lasts in the beginning stages. I really dont know, I think its something I need to experience.
Increased eye contact and sociability for the same reasons listed above.
More energy and testosterone. Fapping takes the spring out of your step. It takes the spark out of you, it relaxes you, and it will deplete your testosterone. Why is it you think boxers dont have sex before the fight? Or sports people.
At first Tobias I was going to say to you "theres no need for that tone", and by tone I mean "either do it or dont do it". There was nothing about my previous posts that said "uncertainty".But in a sense your right. I need to make a commitment to this. The only way to succeed at anything you need to commit to it. Was I not committed to it last time ? I cant say I wasnt, I just couldnt do it. This time, i'll make a bigger commitment and I wont give in as easy, I will fight it.
At the end of the day, each time you try nofap, you learn something and you get a little bit better at it. I think the question is how committed to this are you? I think no fap is an excellent exercise in self control. If you can control your sexual urges, you can control any part or your life, like bad habits etc.
Day 3
