Im unaware of my current bodyweight (I focus more on what I see in the mirror) Anyways my strength right now is decent and looking to increase it im just afraid that if I lose weight my strength will decrease because I use to weigh 130 and I was weak as heck barely could bench 55lbs, my squat was decent 175max but still that's weak. I can squat more now im stronger in every exercise but I hate my chubby face. I use to wear 36 waist size pants and sweats now I can fit into 32 (trying to get to 30 waist) I don't know if ive lost fat but my waist has decrease, but my face still remains chubby. some days it more chiseled (use to have a very chilsed complexion) somedays it just like f*** im fat .

I honestly don't think I have ever come across any routines or how tos on losing face fat. I know for me that my face reflects my BF% big time. My gf notices it waaay more than I do, basically if I drop weight my face will lose fat on its own, most of my friends are like this as well. I'd say don't worry about it man which you being only 16 isn't going to happen haha. Just focus on your diet and training. The rest will come
