The 15,000 Calorie Peanut Butter Cup Cake (10.5lbs)
And the latest challenge is LIVE.
Me taking on a TEN...and a half pound peanut butter cup cake!
I gotta say, for throwing this thing together in only one hour (and just getting the idea to pop into my head only a few hours before hand. I'm pretty happy that I made it happen (despite the fact that the top COMPLETELY broke apart on me.. see the video for further clarification lol).
This was BY FAR my most sweetest and most painful challenge yet.
The most I've ever done was 12.5lbs of protein/starchy carbs (soul food), so I wanted to recreate a volume/capacity challenge at home for my up coming challenge at a known restaurant.
I used reeses pieces in the yellow cake batter and then reeses bites in the chocolate cake batter which made it come out nice and gooey (and delicious). Like I said, the top broke apart on me. Which made it pretty much impossible to frost the top. But I still managed to get the cake to come out and got it on the table. I finished around the 39 minute mark.
DEFINITELY a delicious challenge, but way too sweet! Next one will be savory for sure.
Be sure to give the video a watch and share it with your friends!

(Butterfinger cups on the bottom layer.. melted when I put the top on!)

nah, I am actually enjoying reading your posts, even though we are different.
Everyone's different.
I was just thinking that if I had all that sugar in one sitting, I would probably end up sleeping... on my toes, ballet shoes and all
but then again, yesterday I had 26g of Sugar and 50g of Carbs
some would consider that to be extreme, so there you goLast edited by NoCarbsNoSugar; 05-28-2015 at 08:45 AM.

Ugh...
Right now, I'm feeling sick just watching that. I love peanut butter and chocolate as much as the next person, but over 10 pounds of it. I'd be curled up around my toilet, making homies with it after about a half pound.
I could totally do a mushroom, spinach, cheese, and bacon fritatta though. I would inhale that and have no qualms or regrets. Savory > sweet ferchure.
I just noticed your speed on cycling; nice, E! That's impressive speed.❤ Humor iss all in the arm. ❤
❤ I'm just here for the snacks. ❤

Without a doubt one of the best days I've had this year.
No crazy ride, no eat feats, no crazy bike sales.
Day off from work. (Final one before the crazy weekend sale).
So, I surprised my girlfriend and took her to one of her all time favorite amusement parks this morning and spent the entire day with her! I'm deathly afraid of roller coasters and heights, but I ended up having the time of my life and had such a good day with her. It was awesome because we both have had such hectic schedules lately and haven't been able to spend as much time together as I would like. So today was a HUGE boost in our relationship, and something that we BOTH needed.
The place is called "legoland" (I hadn't been here since I was 10 years old, lots of memories!)
----
Was planning on going for a ride today.
But I just decided to train instead. Headed in early this morning and did one of the most intense spin sessions in a while, had a cougar hit on me in the spin studio (with arms twice the size of mine). Hit heavy front squats and leg presses, all I really had time for. Already noticing front squat strength on the rise, might have something to do with my core strength jumping up as well. But all in all, I had an awesome time training. I feel great after sessions like today where I go balls to the wall, drop set after drop set.. giving it 110% of my effort.
---
Tomorrow is bike to work day!
No training, just going to be riding in and killing it tomorrow!
LET'S KILL IT THIS WEEKEND!

Looks like a great day! Happy to hear you got to spend some much-needed time with the GF (y'all are super adorable, BTW). Regardless how busy life gets, we always need to stop and remind ourselves to take time for each other and plan a day with those we love. Lulz @ your face in the stocks & LOL @ cougar hitting on you; maybe see wanted to see if she could bench ya.
Only thing I ever eat at amusement parks is funnel cake; all that deep fried, sugar-powdered goodness. Le sigh. <3 (Those apples & cinnamon look bomb though!).
Happy to hear you're seeing good results in training! Looking great, E!❤ Humor iss all in the arm. ❤

Wait... you don't like roller coasters or heights.... but ride a road bike at high speeds down steep hills... sense, it makes none.

Real talk though: that cougar scared the living f*ck out of me. It was crazy! Haha.
But yeah, SUPER important to take days out of our lives to just relax and spend it with our SO's. I'm sure you do that all the time, and know how I feel.
Thanks for stopping in as always Lolly! I hope things are well!

Ty men <3
Hope things are well!
My GF, friends, family, and everyone things it makes absolutely no sense as well. I think they are two entirely different things, haha.
NO reason to fear carbs brother.
