Back to the grind!
Today, I was beyond irritated today.. had to sit at home from the hours of 10 am - 4:30 p.m on my day off for a damn mattress to get delivered. (My girlfriend couldn't do so because she had "other priorities".. *yawn*). But after I got that fiasco out of the way, I hustled to the gym and was able to hit some VERY motivating PRs.. (well, since I ever started my cut). I lifted in my cycling kit again today, I used some anger and motivation to get the bar MOVING again and it felt awesome. I pounded out 245 for 5, then moved up to 255 x 5, and then hit 265 x 5. Huge rush of excitement as I racked the bar, and moved on.. Then I hit overhead press and got 1pps for a triple, which again.. was pretty motivating considering my pressing strength has taken QUITE a hit. Finished up in a little over an hour and commuted home.
Was able to get some sprint work in PWO, which felt great because I wasn't able to ride today like I wanted (due to being stuck in my apartment). All in all, it was a VERY motivating day.. and it really showed me a lot about my potential.
Hit up Souplantation afterwards for some "training" and more shopping.
Prepping for a pretty big ride tomorrow! (I've got a dinner tomorrow with the company owner for us hitting our goal sales last month!)

So little free time but still luring, will watch that video when I can though man!
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Check out the GIANT pancake I just made!
Just over 2 pounds. Fresh out of the oven! Actually pretty stoked that my little "idea" worked out, topped it with butter/whipped cream and reese's chips! (That should give you a hint about my next challenge..haha)
Toppings!
BOOM!

Anyways..
Finally got to ride today. DOMs was pretty crazy in my glutes for some reason, I never get it but today it hit me. But the more I climbed, the more it seemed to subside. (It was without a doubt from the squats on tuesday). But on another note it was a SCORCHER today, I was sweating like crazy.
MY NEW BIKE SHOULD BE IN TOMORROW!
SO stoked.
Got my new kit in today as well! (Super tight, I'll let my belly hang out and not care anymore haha)
----
No real training feats today..
Attempted to get the 95s up on the flat bench but that just wasn't happening. lmao. But I actually felt AWESOME on the incline bench, pounded out 155 x 5 and then did some core/bis.

Congrats on the new bike and gear!
That pancake... just your classic giant pancake mix pancake or a different recipe?
(I'd probably forego the Reese's and throw in some banana slices and some eggs on the side myself. That, and my pancake would still be a shrimp in comparison to yours. lol)It's about progress, not perfection.
I'm not an expert when it comes to most aspects of life; sometimes, I have no idea what I'm doing. The more I learn, the more I can do, and the more I can pay it forward and help others.

You seem like the person to ask....so what would you think about doing a 2 man 30" 10lb pizza challenge (1hr time limit) for a persons first challenge?
Never done anything like it and seems fun to try. Just not sure if that's insanely hard or not? (doesn't look horrible in pics but i know its deceiving probably). Plus pizza is awesome, but I've read it becomes cold greasy cheese block after a bit.
So you've done something similar recently. Yay or Nay you think? (btw its $50 if you lose so don't really want to lose lol. very few challenges in my area though)
