a dramatic confrontation caught on video, Los Angeles police shot and killed a homeless man in the heart of downtown's bustling skid row Sunday.
A video of the incident posted on ******** (contains foul language) shows a group of officers getting into a scuffle with a man standing on a sidewalk littered with tents and other debris.
During the struggle, one officer drops his nightstick, which is picked up by a woman on the street. Two officers handcuff the woman.

Resisting arrest is stupid. That being said that was completely unjustified. You're only supposed to shoot to save your own life, and no ones life was at risk until the cop pulled a gun and started shooting.
Maybe more information will come out and I'll change my opinion, but that looked bad.
EDIT: Re-watched it a few times in HD full screen with the sound turned up.
You can clearly hear them say, "Drop the gun! Drop the gun! Drop the gun!"
If you look closely you can see when he grabs it I think.

starting at 20 seconds in you can hear a cop yell "Drop the gun!", I am assuming he took one of the officers guns in the struggle. If so, completely justified.

Meh look i dont want to argue abput police brutality and what not because frankly idc, but assuming the suspect got a hold of a gun then it seems this incident was justified...i mean its easy to say that theres six cops on scene but when a guys attempting to shoot you point blank the six cops argument goes out the window...that guy could have killed 3 cops in quick succession if he was a decent shotOriginally Posted by PirateBrah10

5 cops on a homeless guy tasing him and they still derped, fukking lol. One guy literally loses his baton going after what looks like a 70 pound homeless woman. If he went for the gun its unfortunately justified but jesus the incompetence of the cops is absurd.
