I received my SAN Megatron tub from bodybuilding.com a few days ago. I finally got into the gym yesterday, and was actually disappointed in the performance of Megatron. I added one scoop of Megatron to 16oz of water, and drank it on my way to the gym (maybe 20 minutes). As I got through my warm up, I began to feel the effects of the Beta Alanine. This is where it kind of faded off. I couldn't get in the zone at all. So I got through my squat workout, although I was supposed to be going for a double at 315 but could only grind out 1x2 @ 305 which I hit a triple with last week. Moved onto bench and it was the same deal, managed a double at 235 but was supposed to be going for a double at 245.
I'm not in any way saying Megatron is 100% responsible for my performance during this workout, as there are many variables that can dictate how a workout goes. However, I was hoping to experience the focus, pumps and performance that everyone is talking about. With that said, I saw in a thread a user stated that this particular pre workout needs to be used regularly if a user wants to get the most from it. I generally use my pre 4 times per week pre workout and use 5 grams creatine monohydrate everyday. How frequently should I be using Megatron? If anyone can provide any insight I would appreciate it.

I train 4 times a week and use it 4 times a week. I find this works well @ 1 scoop, I do add creatine to it, caffeine as well. Pumps are very nice and my focus is fine, I am able to lock in. Give it time and actually use for a bit before making a judgement call after just one use.Lead Forum Representative

Megatron gets me in the zone to the point where I wonder if there is some form of stimulant in it after all, even after working all day before going to the gym. In fact, the other day I came home from the gym and found myself in a heightened state of focus for the rest of the night. Even had a pretty vivid nightmare lol, which definitely isnt common for me

I probably jumped the gun on my original post, but this isn't a product review. I thought including some background info of my initial experience would be helpful for someone to provide insight as to why I experienced zero benefits. I read through the reviews of others on the forum and according to these posts, they were experiencing effects first workout. I'm in no way passing a final judgement on the product, because, as stated, I've only used it one day. I'm not asking for a refund, or trashing the product. I'm simply inquiring about suggested use.
To answer your question, yes, I do make an initial judgement based upon first time experience. However, I am aware this initial opinion is gathered rather hastily, and I will continue to form a more experienced opinion over time.

Megatron has alpha gcp and vinpocetine in it for focus. People respond differently to these things, some respond better than others. The pumps and endurance will have more of an effect when you need it, namely during a workout with higher volume and rep levels.

Tried 1 1/2 scoops? Or even 2?
Try to add 1/2 scoop extra and see how it goes!100% natural and proud of it! (No PH's,DS's,AAS, etc.)
From 135 lbs to 227 lbs (naturaly and with severe obstructive sleep apnea)
Even with poor sleep you can gain thanks to quality food and good workout plan
