    1,855lb Total @202.2 BW. 755lb squat ranking me top 20 of ALL TIME squatters at 220lb

    So last weekend I got an 1855 total weighing at 202.2, next goal is 198 class. My squat beat out Larry Pacificos 1977 squat of 755lbs with him weighing 220.0, and I made his spot in the top 18 of ALL TIME 220lb squatters list. I am ecstatic over this accomplishment. Never will I think I am better than Larry Pacifico, but making this list I feel very great about my future.

    I hit a 755 squat
    400 bench
    700 deadlift

    I left a lot on the platform with squat and deadlift's for this meet. and the tendonitis in my arms kills any bench training prior to a meet or any throughout my offseason training. No excuses, time to find a way around the issue.



    This is my 4th meet, and I plan to continue for 2-3 more this year easily.

    I cut to 202 to have an advantage of winning best lifter, which I did not do. I started of at 222 actually. I'm dieting right now, I'm going to attempt to replicate this or better in June at 198. Which should have me top 5 squat of all time, and up there on my total as well (2nd) behind ernie jr in wraps at 198. I have a big background of bodybuilding so cutting bodyfat and maintaining strength is a small specialitY of mine. Hopefully I can at this level pretty easily.

    I hit it on my 2nd, which was a 15lb meet PR. I attempted 770 on 3rd and the bar rolled up on my shoulders. Felt light, so maybe next time. I think the huge cut effected my leverages slightly.
