You got a problem with me? I swear m8 I'll eat you alive cheeky kunt.
I just find it weird that someone who trains with all-time world-record holders doesn't take the advantage and put up something big in powerlifting. Or maybe he's waiting until he's world class level like Spoto did.My training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=129669663

I believe he is referring to Non Cuban and not specifically Nicaraguan Cigars. Personally, I prefer the preparation in the Cuban style but not necessarily just because it is Cuban. The filler is more-so bunched than twisted. I get the allure of the "forbidden fruit" being in Merica but I do not put them on a pedestal just from their proximity of creation. I prefer anything dark with a nice complexity to it. After spending the last year back and forth in Miami, I have come to miss the frequent smoke. Sooo many great cigar shops here.

I have my fair share of CCs and NCs. I have a few go to Cubans that are above the rest IMO like partagas serie D4/P2, Monte #2, Cohiba Mads, and Vegas Robaina, but I think there are plenty of NCs that are just as good, if not better. I like variety, so I have a lot.

What are your favorite recipes for packin on dem pounds?
Been struggling to gain weight at the rate I'd like to (2-3 lbs per week), and it's mainly because I'm not eating enough. I'm not eating enough because I'm broke. I'm broke because I'm spending all of my money on fast food. Spending all of my money on fast food because I don't know how to cook anything other than chicken/broccoli/rice/pasta/ground beef.

One thing I find tastes really good and has a decent, but not insane amount of calories in it is a shake i've been making every morning.
300-400ml of milk (obviously whole milk = more calories)
2 scoops whey (using cookies n cream musclepharm one)
big spoon of peanut butter (crunchy kind is better)
a whole banana
Not sure how many calories or whatever but it's really tasty and good for getting in a bit of protein and calories.YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/NorthStrongSC

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

I usually go for 500ml whole milk, 2 scoop whey, a cup or two of ice cream depending wich blender I'm using, a few oreos/ice cream sandwiches cookies, a banana for flavor and either almond butter or PB if i want to gain some weight. Soak the whole thing with chocolate syrup.
edit: also like to eat 2 tuna sandwiches. Mix 2 cans with a few tables spoon of mayo (easy 300-400 cals from mayo alone), spread tuna preparation on toasted bread, add cheese. Eat with 500ml - 1l of whole milk. At least 75g of proteins right there and quite a lot of calories.10835067_10155458590460290_7542976364996761261_o.jpg

Large meatlovers pizza before bed, 3-4 times per week. Burgers and burritos for lunch. Keep everything carb heavy. Protein is overrated, carbs and fat are where it's at.
Hamburger casserole, made with your choice of ground meats, macaroni noodles, spicy tomato sauce, ketchup, marble cheddar. Mix it all together in a giant pot, and shovel it in with a spoon.

not trying to start an argument here. But why would you want to gain 2-3lbs per week???
inb4 eat moar *******. But seriously more than 1lb a week seems just like unnecessary fat gain unless you are putting on alot of water from supps.
As far as food basically everyone said what I was going to, fast food, pizzas, chocolate milk, whole milk, mac n cheese, ice cream, poptarts, oreos."Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"
