Apparently judging from the last couple of comments it's really easy to be tough and funny on the internet, more specifically this forum. Lol

tfw he's pretty much my goal physique, 99% here is impressed by his strength, most (at least) repsect him, and for some reason Tee thinks we're hating
maybe you're just taking the comments a bit too seriously, high squats is what we, without any nuthugging, think...it's not even an insult in any way...as far as I'm concered(not talking pl standards) those are great squats depth-wise, but not held up to the standards of the place you were competing in
last time kyle got a 10x bw no wraps total we commented on his high squats and just like you he came into the thread out of nowhere...guess what? he admitted they were high, and hasn't used to word ''hater'' once - because we're not hating, most people are here for fun, except the ipf guys (jk - hate that I have to type it out now)

Federations are done anyway. Outdated. There can only be one. Panzer and I were discussing this and we will be figuring out the rules for it shortly...the IFBPLF
The International ******** Powerlifting Federation will be a federation in which good lifts are determined by the amount of hater comments to supportive comments, and wilks score or a best lifter formula will be replaced by the lifter who gets the most total likes over all 9 videos of a meet.
Good luck if you're pulling sumo and are above 15% bf. Internet hates sumo, and fat people.

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

I didn't realise SPF gave red lights for depth. Learn something new every day I guess.

Tee's posts don't sound overly sensitive at all. Chill brahs. Surprising that the squat didn't pass in SPF, but hey thems the breaks.

Not once did I ask for someone to say the squat was good or to say it was bull**** I bombed. Not once....but please feel free to make whatever comment you want after this because this is the Internet ya know and not "serious" and I'm sure you'll never be able to tell it directly to me so I guess here's the place to be "critical".. But serious dude, I don't care to have "nut swingers"... That kinda **** actually irritates me... I like being held to a standard which is why Ive competed in several Feds and tried to do bigger meets....I even chose to not have a back spot today due to my last meet and everything that brought... **** happens at meets, and it did today.

You seem pretty rustled. The fact is I have nothing against you, because before today I had no idea who you were and only had heard your name mentioned once before. I merely heard you squatted high and was wondering why. You can take it however you want, but seems like a straightforward inquiry to me. That answers seems reasonable tho. Thats all you had to say..

Cool. Glad we got that out of the way. I'm loosely aware of you and I don't really follow your training at all. I've heard that you tend to squat high in training, and it looks like that bit you in the ass this time. I'm sure some people are wondering why you decided you make a jump on your second rather than playing it safe and getting numbers on the board. Bombing out is pretty sh*tty. Any comments on how you plan to fix that?

Meanwhile, in more exciting news...U.S. has a chance to take first in team points at Worlds. Russia has 43 and the US currently has 30 (with only 4 out of 5 possible lifters scoring), but Russia doesn't have a 120kg lifter and their SHW isn't all that great. France is actually in 2nd but they don't have anyone in 120 or SHW so they're practically out of the running. Basically, either Mike needs to come in at least 2nd, or Ray or Blaine needs to come in 1st (with the other not far behind) for US to take it.

Anybody know of some deadlift specific programs, besides the coan one? I'm interested to see how different ones are set up.

How can anyone comfortably squat in an inzer belt? I've been trying to figure out how to wear it for damn near a year and still just prefer squatting without it

I liked Tee before this thread, but him commenting has taken all of the attention off my poop story, and that is unacceptable. I hope you're happy Tee, the internet is supposed to be about me.

there's definitely folks that will talk **** just to talk ****. However, there are very few if any people on this forum who are, as so many others have put it, "yes men". Contrary to popular belief there are actually quite a few accomplished pretty strong lifters who regularly post here. But again, no one is going to say great job to a ****ty lift.
At any rate, sorry to hear that you bombed. I'm sure you learned a lot and will use that knowledge moving forward.1708 total @220 Raw

Went to an RPS meet today and I was thinking about the non-calibrated plates they were using and it just doesn't make sense to me. This is a sport of lifting weights and the weights aren't even accurate. And apparently the 100-pound plates have different thicknesses.
Also, Mr. Tee Cummins - please share with us your knee-wrapping technique. My training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=129669663
