no chit they're supplementing our diet. Such as the steak and egg diet.

Would you need them if you are a normal diet, no. On this one you will. You can either have a lack of then or supplement them. I'd rather supplement them IF I were to so his diet.

I think that is the issue with my posts, I keep drifting to the thought of it not being realistic so I disregard it.

Hehe none taken - I weigh almost twice as much as you, so I guess beginners can do a thing or two right as well. Besides, you obviously missed the part where I told you all how my current diet is like..

Steak and eggs is old school, but it doesn't make it stupid. Gironda used it as his primary diet for cutting down for shows, as did a lot of the guys who worked out at his gym. Guys named Arnold, Frank, Franco, and Lou for starters. It's easy to follow and effective, can't go wrong with that. Worked pretty well for Gironda.

Anyone who claims to get every micronutrient they need from diet alone is either lying or ignorant of what they're actually eating. On the rare occasion they can, they seem like a terribly boring person to me.

Roll with it, OP, and keep us posted. Make sure if you're not going with steak you still get in your fats, so throw a lot of butter on your meats.

I'd suggest you stop making weak insults based on personal stats, just because you may weigh twice as much that doesn't mean you have a respectable physique, and physique is in no way an indication of knowledge.

Steak and eggs diet is great

I did it before and just added lots of brocoli, spinach, and kale for fiber and micros

Turns it into a typical keto diet really

Yes, do try to read humor as insults when ever you can. Self irony is, as we all know, a bad thing.

Came across the steak and eggs diet and it seems simple enough - I love eggs, but steaks are *really* expensive in my country. Would it be ok to replace the steaks with something else, or would that result in a completely different diet? Pork is kinda cheap here, so is fish and chicken. Right off the bat I can't see the major difference in replacing the steak with for example pork, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on it.
You can use ground beef if you can't afford steak. This diet is actually great for losing fat because instead of it burning carbs it starts to burn body fat and decreases your estrogen levels and increases your testosterone.

I don't see the benefit in ONLY eating steak and eggs.

That being said, I eat bacon and eggs every day. I get 3 slices of bacon in a pan, and then fry up 2-3 eggs in the pan using the bacon grease.

When I do this I'm full for a long time, and my libido spikes.
