Steak and eggs is old school, but it doesn't make it stupid. Gironda used it as his primary diet for cutting down for shows, as did a lot of the guys who worked out at his gym. Guys named Arnold, Frank, Franco, and Lou for starters. It's easy to follow and effective, can't go wrong with that. Worked pretty well for Gironda.
Anyone who claims to get every micronutrient they need from diet alone is either lying or ignorant of what they're actually eating. On the rare occasion they can, they seem like a terribly boring person to me.
Roll with it, OP, and keep us posted. Make sure if you're not going with steak you still get in your fats, so throw a lot of butter on your meats.

They sure can...hell, even a blind squirrel will find a nut every now and again.
Doesn't mean the squirrel knows what he is doing, just means he got lucky.
I'd suggest you stop making weak insults based on personal stats, just because you may weigh twice as much that doesn't mean you have a respectable physique, and physique is in no way an indication of knowledge.
Don't be ignorant.USMC (2009-2013)
