Im a fullback too....
Hey i was reading this thread because i'm going to be a senior and play fullback for my highschool. I weigh exactly 182(We just had our own combine) and im 5"10. My stats are:
Bench-250
Squat-405
Hang Clean-225 6x (I don't know what my one rep max is)
Dead Lift- My highschool doesn't max for this lift....not quite sure why...
I'm one of the smaller fullbacks in my league but probably one of the better ones. I run my 40 in 4'8 which is not that bad but i want to be able to run a 4'6 when football season ends. Our offense runs a pistol offense and i have good hands so we run alot of play actions where il run a 5 yard flat or a 15 yard sidepocket sometimes.
One problem i also have is blocking, im not the best blocker and the only way i can block someone is if i sort of headbutt them at the same time i go to block. Im not bull****ting anything i say because i believe its somewhat stupid to lie...and i was just wondering what i can do to get my 40 time up and if i get my squat bench n clean 20 lbs up will i be ok for my senior year on varsity?

you're 15, and you squat 505 at 185? bullsh*t. if you're going to lie, try the 365 - 405 range.
a high schooler with 405 squat at 182. more believable than the kid above? sure. bullsh*t? yes.

"One morning I woke up and found my favorite pigeon, Julius, had died I was devastated and was gonna use his crate as my stickball bat to honor him. I left the crate on my stoop and went in to get something and I returned to see the sanitation man put the crate into the crusher. I rushed him and caught him flush on the temple with a titanic right hand he was out cold, convulsing on the floor like an infantile retard." -Mike Tyson
