    Trying to compete. Need help

    I am looking to compete in physique for the first time in my life but need some questions answered first.

    What's the approximate weight I should be competing in for a standard 5% bf at 6'4?

    How can I find out of comps in my area?

    What should I work on? (Mirin PJ's?)

    I heard smiling is a big thing when it comes to these. Any videos or tutorials out there to increase my smilesthetics?
