Hi, I have been lifting since June 2014 and my Gym is about 1 hr 40 minutes from my home. I have to start from my home at 6:30 am and I reach the gym at around 8:20 am approx. Thing is the gym is fully air conditioned and hence I chose that gym but there is a gym about 15 minutes away from my home but that does not have AC but it has more clients than my AC ( Air Conditioned ) gym. My friends say that non AC gym are good for pumping the body . Also I have to get into an extreme crowded train in the morning to go to the gym and it takes the same time to return , so much time is wasted.
So, what should I do ? Should I leave my current gym and get into the non ac gym ?
Where do you all train ? Does your gym have A/C ?

Depends... is it freezing cold outside? If so.. I probably would not want my gym to be air conditioned.. it would already be cold enough.
OP.. your friends are dumb and you can stick with your A/C gym. Yes.. you will warm up quicker without the air conditioning, but that doesn't take long anyways and aside from the faster body temperature raising, there is no other benefit.-

for me, hotter the better. No need for warming up so much and sack of long distance cardio. Jay C when training in L.A literally uses his walk to the gym as his warm up as it's so hot and it forces people to drink more water.
Pros and CONS when it comes to temp and cold garage gyms and cold isn't always good for working muscles/grips... but AC per say, i'd rather have it off than on....it's a great way of sucking in germs and spitting them back out for all to absorb.

As you can see I took out the boring stuff about AC. I noticed you live 15 min away from a gym...hello no time wasted. Why would you choose a gym that takes over an hr to get to in the first place? So you know what my choice is...the closer one...hell you can walk to that one
