Lithuanian, lived in Great Britain for 8 years, now live in La Jolla, California
Construction Engineer / Highways Engineer
Used to do gymnastics for 7 years, had a nasty head injury back in 1997 which put me on bed for 6 months,
became fat teen and joined local underground bodybuilding club to lose weight (fitness clubs and gyms weren't as popular back then in LT as it is now).
loved it, lost half of my weight in good three months and after travelling and helping big guys during comps my first coach convinced me to try my luck at local show qualifier,
that was back in 2003 was 3rd out of 5 which gave some motivation till now will drop few pics
Best achievements so far:
WFF International Worlds in 2004 - 2nd, in 2005 - 3rd
British Finals in 2011 - 4th place
Arnolds Classic Europe in 2012 - 13th place (its pretty low placing, but to be there on that stage was an honor )
Listed in Lithuanian Sport Encyclopedia in 2012
Plans and Goals: of course PRO Card
Will do NPC qualifier some time at the end of this year most likely Sep or Oct, still have to travel in June to the UK to sort my visa.

Light morning cardio done, used to drill treadmill in the gym, but then thought why would I if have beach nearby

My Macros for now 30/35/35 fat/protein/carbs not as strict as yet, but slowly cutting on sugars or very sugary fruits such as mangoes, figs and grapes
Training: still doing heavy weights, less reps and also adding 6 x 30 min low intensity cardio, weekly Pilates, really helps me with core strength and stability
off to Pilates first thing in the morning

8am pilates one hour done and another hr for light cardio, breakfast time
one egg + glass egg whites +low fat cheese omelet, european style wholegrain bread, vits, yakult and coffee

so I had some wholegrain pasta with Caesar Salad last night and sugarfree Cranberries juice and berries/peach
still giving some carbs to myself, usually trying not to load carbs for night, but had last night and weighted myself this morning, 1lbs nicely went down

OK legs smashed today
Doing push-pull-legs for couple months
Leg press - fee narrow 2 sets and wide 2 sets too, starting 110lbs ended 260lbs
Flexes, stretches after
Fully bent legs extensions 40lbs 1 x 12, 50lbs 3 x 12, 45s rest between sets, last ver slow x 10 reps
Flexes, stretches after
Squats Empty bar 1 x 15 (warm up), 130lbs 4 x 12, 45s rest between sets
Flexes, stretches after
Cable Bent leg front kicks 10lbs x 8, Cable Full front kicks 10lbs x 8, Cable Sidekicks 10lbs x 8, each leg x 3 in one go
Flexes, stretches after
Bent legs raises (Lying on the stomach) 20lbs 4 x 12, one drop set, 45s rest between sets
Smith Half squats 60lbs x 12, 45s rest between sets
Flexes, stretches after
Supported single leg sit ups (to the side) 4 x 15
Seated calfs 50lbs 3 x 15

Lazy chilly Saturday, walked to the beach, had some coffee and carbing up now
pancakes or waffles made from oat flour adn some other good things, amazing
as for weight going slowly down, pretty happy at this point,

haven't posted awhile, been crazy busy, working alot, lost another couple kgs but haven't tracked strictly tho.
flying to London on Tuesday again, so will be again off the schedule, its good I don't have upcoming shows otherwise it will be nightmare
amazing view in la jolla where I jog daily, well at least trying to do that daily, in the evenings before sunset, otherwise waaaay too hot in the day time

Ok so Im back to cold island of England for 3 weeks, its freezing out here
went to watch football, not a fan of football really unless LT in it and especially in Wembley, arena was full over 83k people, amazing 4:0 lost but really enjoyed
