so im stuck at 69.2kg and going rounds in this for week, one day 200gr down next day 400gr up and so on, and dont see any ketons, so going slightly more extreme this week, yesterday cut more in proteins and no carbs, and mainly fats and min proteins.
Will recalculate macros today, its so frustrating.
oh and bought this crazy 3.5 horsepower blender its crazy powerful, did my green goo in a minute, wow amazing. so took out blueberries, apple and apple juice and replace with water and green leaves, broccolis only, to get some vits and fiber..... he all good thanks!
keeping my keto on had some crazy experience, went out for a meal for friend's bday and had 2 glasses of dry white wine with food and got soooo drunk unbelievable, I think its to do with enzymes which I have way less because been on keto for several weeks so alcohol in my blood stayed way longer than usually, didnt see that coming even tho pretty logical, and had bad hangover next day which I usually dont get.
As for weight going slowly down, this morning 68.1kg which is pretty good.
Been extremely busy with works also dealing with immigration, which isnt going very well, my visa expires in July and I have some troubles with Visa im trying to get now, so unsure whats going to happen, but well im still on the prep point.
Packing my bags and off to England tomorrow.... Winners make a habit of manufacturing their own positive expectations in advance of the event .... (Brian Tracy)

mmh not really well, stuck in England for time being, still waiting for a decision from immigration regards my Visa, expected to be back month ago, and still here . was working alot lately but now back to training.
very moody and cold here cant wait to be back ha
as for training and dieting, let go a little but starting my full prep on Monday, will have to do later show, good thing there are quite few comps in San Diego or LA in Oct and Nov, so will see which ones going to do. Its bit stressful time and fingers crossed will get sorted soon..... Winners make a habit of manufacturing their own positive expectations in advance of the event .... (Brian Tracy)

Finally got back to Cali, so good to be back
long story short, my Visa got denied, appealing against the decision and waiting to see what happens, and in the meantime still got to do contest which thought wont do since my visa was denied, but now I have a chance to ask for a revision so had to jump and do it.
Signed up for one of latest shows in San Diego, December 5, 2015 if wont make it good there, still will be another last contest in LA, December 12, 2015.
That's the plan.... Winners make a habit of manufacturing their own positive expectations in advance of the event .... (Brian Tracy)

Morning cardio done. I changed cardio style and now its completely different affect: keep heart rate as high as 150 and if it drops below, increase speed up to very high and run for 20-30s until 170 reached and then slow down and so on. Its very tough at first but that way should burn tons of fat.
I dont worry much about muscle mass as I still have alot of bf to loose, will have some progress pics done on Sunday

oh its been awhile and happened so much
so my Visa got denied back in October, my lawyers appealed, had to go through bunch of paperwork again and finally good news, it got approved. yay my appointment at USA embassy in London in 2 days and flying back to California on January 10, 2016. so ive got Internationally recognized athlete visa for 3 years, cant complain, at least wont have to travel every few months.
Currently staying in Vilnius, at mum's, had awesome Christmas and New Years, but soooo freezining, -19C (-2.2F) no joy
as for contest, prep didnt go as I expected as only had 10 weeks of prep and with my body I need at least 15 weeks to get fully prepped. So I pulled out very last week.
Will plan my 2016 contest season on the return to the USA, very excited.... Winners make a habit of manufacturing their own positive expectations in advance of the event .... (Brian Tracy)

Hey Ruta, nice to see you back in these parts. How was your Christmas; Kucios? Talking about temperatures, it was weird that for Christmas we were having some relatively warm days - hovering well above freezing - we should have been experiencing the same weather you had in Vilnius. Today it's back to normal, -22C with the windchill... Winter has finally arrived.
Good to hear that you'll be back in the States and back in prep mode soon. I'll definitely be following along. Iki...Team General Mills

also my bf came back to Judo, he used to do it when he was a teen, then switched to a bodybuilding and now restarted again won local contest between clubs in San Diego and 4 weeks later won Judo Winter Nationals at class 90kg and got brown belt, so it was pretty exciting year for both of us.
Never seen Judo contest live so it was amazing experience, and now learned how to wrap ankle, knee, elbow haha was running with medic bag during comps and made some videos and pics
