Question Can I eat meat ?

Hi , I started lifting since June 2014 , and I am not fat nor skinny and my abs are straight in line with my chest which means I dont have any extra fat in my belly.
One thing I would like to know that can I eat red meat ( meat from goat ) or beef (meat from cow) or pork (meat from pig) ? I have always ate chicken breasts and fish and I always ate clean, never had junk food . So, if I eat red meat or beef or pork , is there a chance that my body will catch fat sooner ?
Asking because I have no idea in this field and any suggestion will be highly appreciated friends.

    I don't know, can you?

Calculate your Macro/Calories intake properly by reading the below link:

    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=156380183

Remember the numbers are just an estimate. Adjust accordingly. Also the number of fat/protein you get are the minimums. Hit your fat/protein intake and fill in the rest of the calories with whatever macro combination you prefer.

Secondly, it does not matter with what food you hit your macros.

There is no "dirty" or "clean" food. Do not forget to hit your micros also by eating sufficient veggies and fruits.

ITS NOT WHAT YOU EAT THAT MATTERS(to some extent), ITS HOW MUCH YOU EAT

Yes you can eat any meat you want. Red meat just has more fat than chicken or fish, which makes it have more calories. Note, the fat is not bad for you! I do typically stay with leaner cuts of red meat even though I have much love for a porterhouse! The only way you will start to gain fat is by a surplus in calories. However, if you want to gain muscle and limit the gaining if fat, you can eat at a surplus a few hundred calories a day. Not sure of what you're trying to do, bulk, cut, or maintain.

Have 16 pounds of pork chops in my freezer right now, Wal-Mart had a bunch on sale due to being at the 'best by' date; pork for a long time and I am more than OK with it!
