'm 5'5 at 135 17yo currently cutting trying to get t0 8-9% from around 13-14%. Yes I know "135 pounds you have no muscle! Why are you cutting?!" I'm cutting so I am as lean as I want when I start my VERY long lean bulk. First off I had surgery to remove a Neurofibroma about a month ago. I normally follow a split of Shoulders/Chest, Back/Bi, Chest/Tri, Legs, Arms/Shoulders. but currently have leg day replaced with another back day. Still on crutches and not really supposed to put weight through my foot (The only time of day i do is during my 75 min session) as the stitches tore open and we are waiting for the wound to close (Don't ask how long cause idk)
My current cutting macros are 1900cals 196C/53F/159P. Do these seem accurate I have been following this for around two weeks and haven't really seen any change... Lifeguarding at the outdoor pool resumes in a month so I'd like to be decently lean for that... Thanks for any and all advice. ( I can throw up a picture for verification if needed too)

Lower the calories by another 200 or so and give that a few weeks. Keep making adjustments every few weeks up or down based on your weight loss goals. Don't make any adjustments without giving it a few weeks though because weight loss isn't linear. It can come in spurts. Congrats on the lifeguard job, I remember those days very well!

He's 5' 5", he can cut further if he wants, especially if he plans on doing a long clean bulk following.
Also to the OP, you can drop those calories down no problem. If you're anything like my X you likely increase your cardio during lifeguard season as well which will help expedite it if you don't reach your goals by then. I'd just cut to a deficit of your choosing and base it off your energy levels. I got ~70lbs on you and my calories are ~the same if that helps.

Look I'm not looking to be a power lifter. I want to compete in men's physique. The reason I am cutting is cause I want to look decent when I Life guard and not hide under a shirt A.K.A. I'd like to bring up my abs more. I Bench,(Did) Squat, (Did)Sumo, and OHP. and then throw in accessory work. Incline DB, Lateral Raises. I see fine results on this split. Not trying to sound like a cocky **** but yeah.

If you are 5'6" and 135 lbs and you don't already have well defined visible abs then you lack the lbm to make then show. You can't show what's not there. You can feel free to post a current picture and let the board judge.
If you are already decided on what you're doing why bother asking? Like I said, post a picture.

That was then, this is now.
Then you were expending a lot of energy every day and needed 4000cal/day, now you are a lot less active and 1800-1900 seems to be your maintenance level.
Even dropping 200 more calories a day would mean that you would only lose about two pounds of fat per month (at most) however at 17 you would probably do yourself a lot more harm than good by dropping your calories per day any lower than that.
Truth is, if you want to get "leaner" then you may just have to wait until you have healed and can go back to your old activity level rather than attempting to do it by starving yourself now.

Alright. Here's a Flexed and non flexed. One thing I will admit is I've yoyoed quite a bit between cutting and Lean Bulking. I eventually just said F*** it I'm gonna cut I don't care how skinny I get. I know what I'm doing lifting/form wise (Scapula retraction, Pulling through elbows, No thumb wrapping, Etc) But I have NO CLUE weather to cut or Lean bulk. Let me know if you need more or better photos.
