Beck has been irrelevant for 20 years. Kanye is one of the greatest producers ever in any genre.

The only thing relevancy determines to an artist is how much their label has them bent. I don't listen to either, and the only song I know by Kanye is gold digger, but nothing irks me more than relevancy meaning anything.
