    Do I have potential? Areas that stick out/lagging behind? Estimate of BF %?
    21 years old, 5'11 175 lbs
    Supplements: Fish Oil, Multivitamin, Whey Isolate

    Good base for sure. I don't see anything way out of proportion in those pics. Maybe a little small on the back, just by judging from what I can see in front poses. Basically I would just recommend growing everything while trying to keep the proportions right. BF% is tough, but probably somewhere in the 10% range.

    Good physique. You;re 21. Just continue, till you're 25, and make an assessment then. 7 years in, is within the "sweet spot" as I like to call it.

    But a lot can happen in 4 years. Stay true to your goals, and try to remain motivated. You CAN still gain a hell of a lot of size on top of what you have now. IMO you can get up to 190 or very close with a LOT of hard work and correct nutrition.
