Update
Alright guys,
Managed my 1st day at 1,700 calories & hunger wasn't an issue. I was smart w/ my food options & made it through no problem.
I had my last meal at 930 PM.. then I went to bed as normal.
My food is still sitting like a brick in my stomach and it is 1:46 AM
I have been tossing and turning in bed for hours and I last had caffeine at 2 PM the night before
I took some sleep aid for the first time since June 2016 & I am still wide awake
I have to be up for work in 4 hours and I just feel really frustrated that I cannot fall asleep
I am gonna tough this one out today and then text Billy in the morning
I am gonna call this Halloween thing quits and take a less aggressive/slower approach
I tried to drop 20 lbs in about an 7-8 week time frame & it looks like it's just not gonna happen.
The scale has been moving the opposite direction and is going from 170 slowly back up for some reason
I'm not upset at myself because I didn't mess up.. I am upset at myself tho.. for having unrealistic goals/expectations

The only thing I would be upset about if i were you is the fact that you started so close to the deadline! I bet a woosh is coming.

Yeah, constant bloat, farting, and food sitting like a brick in stomach
Yeah, it was a spur of the moment thing & I never dieted on below 200g of carbs before so 75-150g was a definite challenge but doable.
I need to just take a step back and take things slower. If I don't have an end deadline, I will look better.Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=166196451

Update
Since Halloween was an unrealistic goal, we are gonna continue to lean out but w/ no set time frame in mind..
New macros Billy gave me are
50F
275C
250P
2x 400 calories cardio
1x 400 calories cardio fasted
Should be a walk in the park from my 75 carb days previously lol
Update pic I sent to Billy this week

Update
Where have I been?
I kinda lost some motivation coming off that aggressive mini cut.. so I took about 2 weeks off to just clear my head. Been back at it strong ever since.
Right now I am sitting at 180 lbs at 13% bodyfat. Gonna hold here until Jan/Feb then do a much slower cut.
I wanted to share a before and after of my friend that asked me to help him lose weight. He dieted for 9 months (natty not that it matters) .. 225 lbs down to 188 lbs here. I told him I'm not 100% sure on anything but I'll do my best to help him. Much easier telling someone how to get in shape than actually doing it yourself lol. I had to ask Billy for a 2nd opinion when I got stuck and just really didn't know what to do.
Lastly, I've been pushing hard at work & I got promoted!

Again, excellent work coaching your friend. He made some really great progress. It's time for him to add some more muscle to that frame!

nizzle bizzzzzzzle.. he's doing Layne Norton's PH3 program now & he really likes the BFR stuff.. just tryna add weight to his big 3
He's been lifting for more than 5+ years but he didn't know anything about nutrition, macros, nor did he ever have a structured lifting program before. He just went in the gym to move weight for years with zero direction.Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=166196451
