Misc: 3 days of no lifting/cardio is not good.
Weight is up ~2 lbs.. Weighing out my protein sources & that's about it in terms of tracking
Still having extreme sleep issues & feeling drained
Goal is to keep my weight in check & not see any 150's

Weight is back up 4-5 lbs (149#)
Goal is to stay in the 140's until I balance out my life
Work schedule looks like it will be consistently midnight to noon for a while
I fell asleep at 2 AM & woke up at 1 PM so I really need to fix that
Friends are in town from Germany & they wanna party so I'll prolly play host after hours tonight

Mini Cooper: 8 something to 12 something depending on if I stop for breakfast, snacks, etc.
I put in a ~3 weeks notice at Mini Cooper in early January. They found a qualified candidate in Washington who is moving to Vegas in April so mid April looks to be my official last day lol

I hate going to the dentist
I need a crown, filling, possible root canal before pulling all 4 wisdom teeth
Got my tooth drilled for 2 hours. Still hurts.

Back when I lived with my parents, worked part-time at Victoria's Secret, & didn't have any responsibilities, I played 12+ hours a day.
Now that I have responsibilities, I feel horrible if I lose the $200-$500

GF's Surprise Bday Party wasn't even a surprise. She knew about it the whole time.
Her coworker (who didn't even come) told her about the surprise party.
Not gonna go into all the details but I'm not happy.
