    Leithdj's Omega Sports BURN24 log..

    First i would like to THANK Deadliftin and the rest of the guys over @ Omega Sports for giving me an opportunity to log BURN24....... They were kind enough to send me a month supply (180ct) of BURN24 and a pretty sweet shaker cup. I decided to pick up 2 more bottles on my own to make it through 3 months!!!!



    Age: 38
    Height: 6'3"
    Current Weight: 260
    Waist: 36"

    My goals right now are to get into the 230lb range.....maybe fit into size 34 pants again. Its been a while. I really just want to get healthy and feel good again. I have a 4yo and a 7 month old at home. I don't want to the fat and unhealthy dad that can’t keep up with his kids.

    Diet: Right now I have a TDEE of 3300. I'm bringing around 2600 cal a day. Roughly around 200g protein, 220g carbs & 80g fat. I usually have 3 regular meals, 2 healthy snacks and protein shakes as needed to get close to macros throughout the day. I am attempting to actually track my calories and macros for the first time!

    Training: I am open to suggestions!! Obviously I am looking to cut weight. Here is how i have been breaking it up....

    Monday thru Friday I train fasted at 4:30am

    Monday: Quads/Hamstrings/Abs
    Tuesday: Chest/Bi's/Calves
    Wednesday: Cardio
    Thursday: Back/Tri's/Calves
    Friday: Shoulders/Traps/Abs
    Saturday: Arms/Abs
    Sunday: Cardio

    I am going to start adding in Cardio every night of the week now.

    Current Supplements:
    Controlled Labs OxiMega
    NOW ADAM Multi
    Protein as needed
    Compete
    Thermogenic - Will use as a pre...or I have about6 diff pre's open right now to use.
    BURN24

    I will be dosing BURN24 just like the bottle says.... 2 caps 20-30 minutes before meals 3 times a day.....

    Just picked up some Burn24 myself ( for the wife ), I don't have a sexy Omega shaker tho. Never used Burn24 so very interested to see how it works out for both yourself and my wife!

    No work today.... Started off @ 8am this morning snow blowing 19" of snow out of my driveway! That's considered cardio right???


    10:00am - 1 scoop of MaxOut & 2 scoops of Bodyforge 2.0 in 20oz of water

    10:30am - Legs, Abs & Cardio

    Intra - 1 scoop of Compete in 24oz of water - Haven't eaten since last night....

    10 minute stretch & warm up

    Hip Adductor/Abductor machine - 2 x 20 @ 90lbs of each exercise
    Leg Extensions - 1 x 12 @ 150lbs, 1 x 10 @ 160lbs & 1 x 10 @ 170lbs
    Seated Leg Curls - 1 x 12 @ 130lbs, 1 x 10 @ 140lbs & 1 x 10 @ 150lbs
    HammerStrength Leg Press (machine starting weight is 115lbs) - 1 x 15 @ 475lbs (8 45's), 1 x 12 @ 565lbs & 2 x 8 @ 655lbs
    DB Goblet Squats - 3 x 10 @ 70lbs

    Seated Ab Machine - 4 x 25 @ 130lbs

    Treadmill - 20 min walking intervals (lvl 4 incline & lvl 9 incline) @ 3.5 - Burned an extra 270 calories

    12 Noon - 2 caps BURN24
    12:30 - First meal of the day for me today.... along with 2 scoops of protein in 8oz of water, blueberry Greek yogurt and my multi and fishoil.

    Well, between the BF and Compete I get 2g LCLT that helps with recovery. BF aids in Recovery, Endurance and some Pump... Not that you want that on Leg Day tho....

    Intra - 1 scoop Compete 20oz. of water

    10 min stretch & warmup

    Push Ups - 2 x 20
    Barbell Flat Bench - 2 x 20 @ 135lbs, 1 x 12 @ 185lbs & 2 x 8 @ 225lbs
    Incline Press - 2 x 15 @ 135lbs & 1 x 10 @185lbs
    Neutral Grip DB Bench - 3 x 12 @ 75's
    Machine Fly's - 1 x 12 @ 170lbs, 1 x 10 @ 180lbs & 1 x 10 @ 190lbs

    Reverse Grip EZ Curls - 3 x 10 @ 50 lbs
    DB Hammer Curls - 3 x 12 @ 20's
    Concentration Curls - 3 x 12 @ 25lbs

    Seated Calf Raises - 3 x 20 @ 90lbs

    Any work involving my Biceps lately has had to be light. Tendonitis is a bitch!!!

    I will be dosing my 6 caps today as follows:

    2 caps @ 830am & Breakfast @ 9am
    2 caps & 1 scoop of Diablo @ 11 am & Lunch @ 1130am
    2 caps @ 5pm & Dinner @ 530pm

    Yesterdays food intake..... Calories were close but my macros were not..... I told the wife i am tired of it!!! lol I will be prepping my meals over the weekend for next week for sure. Time for another Costco run!

    4am - 2 scoops of Diablo (Thermogenic)

    430am - Fasted Cardio/Abs

    Intra - 24oz of water

    Precor Abdominal Machine - 4 x 25 @ 130lbs

    20 minutes of Sprint Intervals - 4.5 Incline sprints & 9.0 Incline walking

    This morning when I got up to start my day, I was greeted by a semi flat stomach! Wasn't as bloated as I usually am. Not sure if that has anything to do with BURN24 or not? Maybe Deadliftin can say for sure. I have started to notice yesterday that I was less hungry than ususal. I know the calorie deficit/BURN24/Diablo could all be playing a part???
