I knew the stims have something to do with it, but wasn't sure if the BURN24 added to that as well..... All i can say is that being in a deficit, I thought I would be dying to binge on food. I have been eating less obviously, and I'm not bloating as bad as I usually do after a meal. I actually felt stuffed today after eating nowhere near what i would eat on a regular day!!!

Hunger mostly depends on the choices I find, more than the caloric intake- smashed 5 pints of ice cream today... fell kind of ill but not really 'full'.
A good sized plate of vegetables and some eggs, side of toast too, would leave me more satiated but for far less calories for example.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Great logs so far!
To this point I find Burn24 to help with bloating for sure. Most good GDA's including Burn help use carbs more efficiently and I have noticed less bloat as well as reduced "carb hangovers" after a serious binge.
Also agree that the stims help with appetite suppression for sure.
You have a good stack and a solid routine so I am excited to see what it holds for you!In Search of Cheap Agmatine Caps

What is your preference on flavor of choice for Strive?
I have had Cherry Limeade and liked it. Just wondered if the others were any better?"The Iron never lies to you. When I first had Strive I was blown away by Apple. Then the watermelon was "okay" and Cherry Limeade was a game changer.
After a few tubs of each I actually think my preference is:
1. Watermelon (sipping now)
2. Cherry LimeAde
3. Apple
All are tasty but the first two, in my opinion are tops.In Search of Cheap Agmatine Caps
