So some on here followed my last thread, I had it removed for a few reasons. Which I will talk about later on.
This thread will be about my Journal and my Path for improving in all areas of my life.
Thought it would be fun to throw up my best condition to date in a posing video and bring back my old youtube channel!
My ultimate goals would be to win my Natural Pro Card some day, I have come pretty close before.
More importantly would like to deadlift 650lbs, squat 500lbs(without knee wraps) and Bench Press 375.
I am running Layne Norton's PHAT Right now
Some supplements I am using are
Nutrex Outlift, Universal Shock Therapy, HPN P3- Pre workout + Prime Agmatine

OVerall good workout not used to some of the movements #powerlifting problems

Overall feel pretty shot, as I store a ton of fat in my legs seeing some veins in the tear drop is definately niceTrying to improve day in and day out.

Yeah trying, for the first time in 7 weeks my legs are SHOT. Not always an indicator of progress, but good feeling
Chest and arms
Flat Bench- - 265,275x3,285(6 reps)
Incline Barbell Bench- 195x2, 205(8 reps) felt tough after not doing this movement in a while and after the benching
HS Flat Press-1 plate per side and 25ps 12 reps super slow negative super hard squeeze at the top
Cable Crossover 3 sets of 12
Biceps- Barbell curls (35 second breaks) 85(10 reps)x3 sets
Spider Dumbell Concentration curls-30,35(15) 40(12)
Hammer curls 30,35(15)
Tricep Bar Pressdowns- 55,65,75(15)
One arm Cable Ext-20(10)x4 sets
5mins of bike burining 85 calories(ugh hate cardio)
Overall skins getting a tighter look , looking more vascular loving this cut so slow and doing it right just about a month in, only down 250 calories or so, 75 every week. and still minimal cardio, but look a lot leaner and only down 1lb per weekTrying to improve day in and day out.

Yeah, Smolov Kicked my ass but my hyper numbers ESPC on chest are benefiting from it BIG TIME.
I feel like its good to switch it up every now and then. But I will be going back to my Beloved Smolov JR on a modified version of it, after another 5-6 weeks of hyper focused training.
And will just take out some sets at the end of the week, the 8x4 and 10 x3 with be modified.
the thing is a lot of people try to run these programs and they work. But you need to build up your CNS and joints to something like that.Trying to improve day in and day out.

Weighted Pull ups with 2 big chains not sure on weight-3 sets of 5
HS ISO HIGH row- 130,135(6) Super slow reps
Flat Barbell Bench- 285,300x5 reps- 315x3 reps x3 sets- Volume PR.
Standing One arm dumbell press-60,70,70(5) reps- this is great
Swiss Bar Skull crushers -75lbs(8 reps)x3 sets

Little posing from today after a pancake refeed yesterday and in a caloric deficit for one month exactly.
Think my arms have come up from the side, front relaxed looks a little thicker, and legs finally not looking like twigsTrying to improve day in and day out.

Hit some legs today
Squats-365,285,395,395,405(2) 420(1) bar was rolling to much!
Front squats-265,275,285,295(3)- felt good
Conventional Deads-495,510,525,535(4) Bar path was good and these were moving pretty quickly!
Standing leg Curls-100,115,125(8)
Lying Leg Curls-185(8)x3 sets
Overall today was a decent workout nothing great for sure!Trying to improve day in and day out.

Split Dumbell Squats- 50,55,60lb dumbells Each hand(7) Super slow
sumo deads- HIPS STARTED TO FEEL tight

Dumbell Stiff legs- 100,125,135(10) Felt great!
Lying leg curls-140(10)x2 sets, 150(10)x2 sets
Seated leg curls- 2 sets of 12(felt insane) have not done them in a while
Today's Supplements!
1.5 Scoops Of Universal Shock Therapy- this is a very underrated Product with a very good complet profile!
1 gram Prime agmatine.
