CG EZ bar spider Curls- 60(10)x2 sets 70(10)- 40 second rest periods
Machine Free Motion Curls- 2 sets of 12 reps
Calves 15 sets of 15 reps across three different machines, finished with 15 mins of cardio!
My GF just came back from visiting her family for 9 days, May have a free meal today not sure yet, not to worried either way

Side note
Took off from tracking macros past two days, let myself have a few treats. some giffords Ice cream pizza Jan 1st
Today some steak, some frozen alexia fries and a pint of talenti with few pieces of chocolate. I really just wanted to chill out on my days off, spent some time with my gf and some friends I had not seen in a while . Didn't feel like tracking macros. Estimate I was about 5000 or so each day. So in past 9 days had 2.5 days no tracking weight is up about 5.5lbs in 24 days but levels off after three days of tracking again. Feeling great in the gym and feeling great mentally and other wise all is good! All in all I enjoyed the holiday's didn't stess still look and feel good. So I consider 2016 off to a great start..

15 degree incline dumbell press- 90(10)x3 sets
Decline Pin loaded HS press- 60,65,70(12)- 3 second squeeze at the top/ 3 second negative
Cable Side laterals- 4 sets of 10
Standing Barbell Press- 95(10)105(10)x2 sets--- after all the pressing/side laterals- this was great!
Incline dumbell Flies- 40(10)x2 45(10) DS 35(8) DS 20(12)
Dumbell Side Laterals- 30(10)x3 sets /// 30 second rest periods
finished with 4 sets of 12 push ups/feet elevated
10 mins of cardio.

Finished up with 5 sets of free motion calf raises- 160(25)200(20) 240(15) 280(12) 300(12)
Overall good workout today, a tad tight, but thats expected as for the next few weeks my focus is on conventional deadlifting, making my leg days a tad tougher--- time for more foam rollingTrying to improve day in and day out.

So almost finished my first week of PBP and LOVING IT!
10 degree Incline Dumbell press- 105(5) 110(5)x2sets 115(5)x2 sets- haven't touched those in a while

Incline Dumbell Flys- 50,55,55,60(7 )
French Press-90,100,100,110(7)
Vbar pressdown- 4 x7 reps
Overall PBP is great I like that I can really kill it on the workouts, hit the reps, and still have the full body powerlifting day, excited to get into next weeks block of 8-10. But really looking forward to week 4- 15-30 that is so out of my comfort zone should be pretty interesting!Trying to improve day in and day out.

Yea so far so good, it alternates with legs, back and chest training each one I 3x in a week once a month then the rest of the weeks twice. The different rep ranges are great IMO , sticking to same/similar movements! I like it , I always do better with structure!
LEGS
Squats(felt super tight today, haven't squatted 3x in a week in some time)--- 365(5)x2 375(5) 380(5) 350(7)

One legged horizontal leg press- 240,260(7)- really liking this movement
