CHEST AND ARMS TODAY
Flat Barbell Bench (speed work) 265(7)x3 sets 275(7) x2 sets- 275 by 10 is a huge goal of mine
Incline Barbell -185(8) 205(8)x2 sets- felt tough after flat bench
Incline HS Pin loaded -85 per side, 95 PS , 105 PS for 10 reps --- HARD flex at the top
Incline flies-45(10)x3 sets-- 3 second hold at the bottom (DESTROYS YOU)
Dumbell Hammer curls-45(15)x2 sets 50(12)
Cable Straight bar curls-60(12)x3 sets
Fat Grip CG BENCH-185(8)x3 sets SS with Concentration dumbell curls-35(12)x3 sets
Lying Dumbell Extensions-20(15) 22.5(15) 25(12)- Hard flex at the top
Reverse Grip Curls-60,70,80(15) SS with VBAR pressdowns!
GREAT WORKOUT- its great when you start leaning out and look bigger then you did when you were heavier, also fun the pump you get at this stage, can't beat itTrying to improve day in and day out.

HS ISO HIGH ROW- 135,150,155(6) PR
Pull Ups with 2 big chains- 3 sets of 5
Seated Military Dumbell press-95,105,110(4) EASy reps
OVerhead french press-90,100,100(7)
Dumbell Curls- 55,55,60(6)- super slow

Pretty happy with the way my bench is progressing because bench has always sucked for me.
Power legs
Squats- 365(3 reps)x2 sets 375(3 reps) x 4 sets
Front Squats- 275(2) Pause reps, 290(2) pause reps 300(2) pause reps- this felt good really using fronts to just work on form
Deadlifts(conventional) 495(5 reps) x4 sets- RPE 7.5 fairly ok
Glute Bridge Barbell Thrust- 275,300,300(5 reps)
Abdcutor- 3 sets of 10 (full stack) slow and controlled good reps!
Leg Ext-200,220,240(8) super slow and controlled
OVerall good workout, HPN P3- 1.5 scoop pre workout, with 1 g prime agmatine plus MY
Pharma freak stack check that out, Betaine, Amino Freak, test freak

So last night celebrated valentines day early.
Went to Lombardis- First pizza place in the United States, same oven for 110 years
Then saw Aladin on broadway. Was really great.
Hope everyone has a good valentines day.
Also ending my cut, want up cals a little and start getting stronger even though I was getting stronger on my caloric deficit I feel with a few more calories It will help more. And works been crazy lots of walking lots of hours getting changed so not a great time for a cut.Trying to improve day in and day out.

Today was supposed to be and off day but tmrw working a double so sort of messed up my schedule for sundays leg workout so I adjusted!
Back and Shoulders
Dumbell Seal Row- 65,70,70,75(10)
HS ISO HIGH Row- 80,90,100,105(12) Last Set triple drop, hitting 6 reps each drop
CG BW Pull ups- 3 sets of 10 with 35 second rest periods
CG pulldowns-200,225,225(8)
BARBELL SEAL ROWS(body was taxed at this point) 155,170,170(10) Dropped last set down to 145(7)
Seated military Dumbell Press(2nd time in 3 days) 85x 10 reps x 3 sets
Side leaning dumbell laterals- 30,35(12 reps)
Cable Side laterals 2 sets of 12 reps(great movement)
finished with 3 sets of rear peck deck and 5 minutes of MISS eliptical level 18 burining 89 calories.
Overall killed it
Today's supplements
Pre - 2 scoops Betaine+ 1 g Agmatine + 1.5 scoops HPN p3
Intra- 1 scoops Amino Freak+ 1 scoops Prime EAA

Today's Leg workout
This week of PHAT sort of messed up due to my work schedule this week. Working the NBA skills thing in Brookyln from 6pm til 3 am then working noon-til 9 tmrw.
So Anyway adjust and move on!
Squats- 335(7)x3 sets 345(7)x 2 sets
Walking Lunges with 155lb barbell 2 sets 1 minute rest periods
Orange Banded Leg press- 5pps, 6pps (12) Pause reps( tough)
Stiff legs deads- 235,255,285(11) 40 second REST periods
Lying Leg Curls 2 sets of 14 reps
Overall does not look like much but felt great
Today's Supplements
Pre Workout- 3/4 scoop Nutrex Outlift(great profile) 2 scoops SD Betaine+ 1 scoop Prime Agmatine

Today's workout was really good
Pre workout- 1 sample packet of labrada amino thrust(has some caffeine) + 1 scoop HPN P3- Taste great Energy for days , great pumps+ 2 scoops SD Betaine
Intra-1 scoop prime EAA+ 1 scoop Amino freak- so tasty
POWO- 1 scoop quik cret
WORKOUT TIME
Flat Bench- 305(3)x4 sets 310(3)x2 sets
Seal rows- 225(4)x2 sets 230(4)x2 sets 235(4) 245(4) -
1 big chain 1 medium chain for 3 sets of 5 on wide grip pull ups- really need to find out the weight
HS ISO HIGH ROW- 140,150(5) 155(6) - love this
Standing one arm dumbell press- 65,70,70(6) reps
Deadstop Lying on the ground Skullcrushers- 65,80,85(7) Great movement
