Dude, I could of used some of the advice here to get stronger than before. I took lifting serious my junior year of high school to just to get good at shot put & discus during track. If I joined here in 2009, before freshman year of high school, I could have been a lot stronger and done more during football
but then again, in my state, class 4A football is determined by socioeconomic factors.Black Miscer Crew
