The main reason I am starting this journal is to help keep accountable, I’ve been training on and off for the last 3 years but was a lot more focused in 2020.
As of today I am training in a home gym due to UK lockdown.
Using a maximal sets programme from Aesthetically Trained.
2020 and the first quarter of this year are/have been dedicated to a bulk, I’m currently in the best shape I have ever been. I’m hoping to follow the current bulk with a nice steady 12 week cut ready for July 2021 and then my 30th birthday in September!
I’m hoping this journal will help me smash all of my goals!!
