12/11/19 Some very, very interesting squat developments. Squatted 220, which is equal to the most i've ever hit in a training block, ever. (not including a mock meet). Dont know what the FUK is going on but ill take it. Also the rep work went smoothly. Ran out of time to do anything else but thats fine. Successful squat day

16/11/19 First session thats felt like aids. Everything felt heavy. Think it was a combination of pushing things pretty hard this week and overreaching a bit, coupled with being a giant ******* today (saturday) by sleeping in, eating cold left overs, playing video games for like 4-5 hours straight and then still having the expectation id perform well. Oh and its 38 Celsius today and have blisters on the bottoms of my feet from getting burnt on the hot road lmao. Could have just left the gym but did the work i could, live to fight another day. Thats the benefit of RPE training i guess

I dont track the calories or macro's but i know that its decent and probably getting enough protein
Breakfast: Weetbix
Lunch: Rice + Curry / stirfry (chicken of beef) or Pasta. Or if i dont cook the night before ill do Subway / Burrito
Snacks: Chocolate, biscuits, protein bar. Salty chips preworkout
Dinner: Same as lunch + protein shake (or kfc)
Bed time: Weetbix

21/11/19 Poo poo session. Deadlifted 260 which is great and all but really forced it when i shouldn't have, kinda strained my back and wasn't able to do any rep work after, and left the gym skipping bench also. Was too focused on increasing the weight every week rather that sticking to the rpe. Will be back to repeat it all tomorrow minus the top single

23/11/19 I asked Joey if i should repeat all the missed deadlift rep volume i missed but he said it doesnt matter, in his words 'its conventional, your strength isnt going anywhere'. Also hamstring recovered extremely fast and managed to get some good squats in. Felt light on the back which is a nice change

Bench continues to move, 155 kg. Ass lifted off the bench tho, and pause was suspect. Next week ill retake it and fix this up

26/11/19 Body feeling like ass, stiff as **** in the mornings. Heavy single felt like poo poo so didnt go any higher, but the rep work was still solid. Someone was using the leg press when i had finished squats so i saw that as permission to skip it. Accessories are starting to drop off this week anyway too

Doing a novice meet this weekend purely for fun, 1 week out from my real comp
Entering with a fake name to avoid getting banned by my federation. 'James Mystery' checking in. They ban you for 1 year if you compete or even spot and load at an event that isnt part of their federation. Doesnt matter either way though because ill be changing feds, just got to make sure i survive 1 more week to reach my proper comp next week
Will likely hit something super clean and aesthetic like 180 / 140 / 220
