Seems like you took care of the sideways imbalance on squats man. Did you do some mobility work to fix it? Or was it just bar positioning?

Yea mate, feels much better and looks much better. I have been working on mobility but i doubt id see progress so soon. I put it down to just being aware that It's a problem and actively trying to be straight, taking a little more time with set up and what what helped the most i think is i placed the mirror in front of me. Havent squatted in front of a mirror for well over a year. Helped a lot i think. Obviously cant get too used to it tho, have a meet in 3 weeks

10/7/15 Had bench press 130 kg x 2 programmed but could only hit singles... just didnt have enough in me to go for the second rep.

13/7/15 Today is Monday. Meet is this Sunday. Hit all my openers + a little bit more and all felt like butter. Went to a commercial gym to lessen the shock of lifting somewhere im not familiar with when at the meet

Couldnt have gone better, feeling good going into this meet. Rugby is giving me constant niggles and sore muscles and joints but surviving so far. Will be missing the game this weekend for the lifting comp.
Openers and attempts will look something like this (pending how im feeling on the day)
Squat: 190 / 200 / 210
Bench: 125 / 135 / 140
Deadlift: 240 / 250 / 260
