    500 squat @179 PR

    Decided i would go ahead and squat 500x1 since my 531 training has gone good and i got tired of saying i can probably squat 500.And because omar uploaded a 500 video that wasnt to depth.500 was a big number for me

    You can't judge depth from the front. Even so, Omar's squat looked deep to me, you know it's the crease of the hip compared to the knee right?? Not the top of the leg

    You can judge depth from the front it's just not the best view. You can tell thru his warm ups that his depth gets worse as he adds weight
