Wow I just realized it's been almost a month since I've really posted anything... lol. Still been lifting, and trying to make gains. I'm sitting a little over 8lbs from my low during my mini cut. Things have been progressing nicely and I've made some solid, high quality gains. Here's my workout from today.

Pretty good workout. Shoulder has been feeling much better lately and I've been able to work in flat barbell pressing.
