Hey everyone,
I recently took a job transfer. (Long Island to Manhattan) The gym I'm a part of was right by my old job site so i used to go before work. (UPS driver) For the time being my commute is a mess. I have a gym close to where I live now, but I don't want to join up with them because I plan on moving within the next 3 months. So for the time being I can only get out to my gym on the weekends.
So my question is this; what is the best way to go about exercising with only 2 days? I don't need much cardio. We walk everywhere in Manhattan. Any help is appreciated.

Your situation really sucks because the full-body programs are heavily dependent upon having rest between workout days (as you'll be hitting the same muscle groups on each workout). If you can only go 2 days a week, and those days have to be back to back, I'd consider a high volume upper/lower split. It's definitely not ideal though.
