Burning pain in the tendons...sounds like....tendinitis!

No easy solutions, but here is what I would recommend:
Go lighter on your weights for knee extension and triceps for a few weeks, and see what happens.
If you are still in pain, you need to take a little time off to let the tendons settle down. Perhaps go to your doctor and get a medication recommendation (anti-inflammatory perhaps).
When you are feeling good, you want to focus on the eccentric portion of each of these two exercises. The latest research on tennis elbow and achilles tendinitis, two of the more prevalent conditions, show promise with aggressive eccentric training.

    Good luck!

In addition to the above poster, Google "track knees" and see what you come up with.

    Thank you guys
I'll try out your suggestions. About tendinitis I don't know.. It's supposed to hurt a lot right? I don't feel pain just a burning sensation..

Try lighter weights moving forward and assess how the problem areas are feeling as you go. If you notice the pain begins to subside you can gradually increase weight again. Also take more time to warm up properly in the beginning of your workouts (ex. light weight, dynamic stretching, etc.). Tendinitis is very common and can result from excessive activity on the joints. *You should always consult with your doctor*

Can you be more specific as to where the pain is exactly?
The whole tendon or part of the tendon or where the tendon attached to the bone?
How strong is the pain / 10?
How many reps does it take for the pain to appear?
    Can you finish the sets?
How long does the pain then last?
    The science is out there!
