My routine is lift 2 times a week and swim 2 times a week. I usually do legs, chest/triceps on the 1st week, back/biceps, legs on the 2nd etc...
I am very weak, I bench around 130 lbs for reps which I believe to be my max too, couldn't even handle 170 lbs. Used to squat 150 lbs for reps, I could do more but I don't go all the way down. Never deadlifted.
I am surprised to even look like this with all these extremely weak lifts.
And for the diet I try to eat 4k cals a day, 2k cals coming from sandwiches and nuts at school.

so pretty much you do one body part once every 2 weeks.considering the average lifter trains a body part twice a week, you train 25% of what the average lifter does. 36 months/4 = 9. you basically made 9 months worth of progress in 3 years, except you didn't gain much strength...lift more often and you will look better.

I used to lift 3 times a week + 2 times of swimming which equals working out 5 times a week. I just don't have the time to do that anymore with school and all that stuff so I resorted to lifting 2 times and swimming 2 times a week. I hope to have more time after I finally graduate from high school.

People also tend to compare themselves to professional bodybuilders, constantly saying they're "too small". It's alright to feel good with what you got, to recognize it. Proud, but never satisfied.

MehChenti.... Fact of the matter is... and I'm sorry to break it to ya.. you're tiny. Your tricep is small. Your chest is nonexistant. You look NOTHING like basmca or CWgame or the guy in the picture. YOU ARE MUCH SMALLER MY FRIEND. YOU HAVE YEARS TO GO before you achieve a similar level of muscularity to the guy in this picture:

Better for you to accept that you are small now and work on it rather than being retard and claiming you look like the guy in the picture.

I just measured and you were right lol, 102 cm (so 40 inches). I guess I could do some push ups and measure again but I doubt it'll change much. I am disappoint, was expecting much more.

I would suggest dips personally, have found them to be the GOAT chest exercise, do them weighted if you like. Squeeze your chest at the top and try and get a massive muscle pump in it.

Just fyi, nobody is telling you all these things to put you down bro. Just like they said, you don't have much size on you and everybody would recommend you start bulking pronto

Just fyi, nobody is telling you all these things to put you down bro. Just like they said, you don't have much size on you and everybody would recommend you start bulking pronto
Thx brah, problem is I've always been bulking (I eat around 4k cals a day).

ur scale must be on a trampoline or something not stable at all, i dont understand how u managed to gain that fast. u did not go 160 to 180 in one month. 20 lbs in 30 days? right. unless u just ate like a monster that whole last month.

I didn't have a scale before lol the last time I weighed myself was in December (160 lbs). Now right after waking up I went out and randomly found a scale outside (srs). Took off my shoes, my rugsack and bam 180 lbs.
