Notes: Dropping benching and OH pressing because they're making my collarbone super inflamed. Have an appointment with a surgeon for next week, so hopefully I can get a surgery scheduled quickly to get this over with. Went ahead and ordered a SSB so that I can get back to squatting quickly if/when I have surgery.

Notes: 205lbs is a PR for sets of 8 on bench press. Shoulder inflammation has been feeling relatively well managed the last few days so I decided to try benching. Hopefully it doesn't hurt too bad in the next couple of days. Skipped my face pulls - I'll do them during tomorrow's workout.

Friday - 6/5/2020 - Week 5: Accumulation

Slingshot Bench Press:

Notes: Took the last week off and ate like **** the whole time, so I really shouldn't be surprised at how terrible today's workout was. Last rep of second set on squats was an RPE 10 and I felt light-headed so I called it quits. Threw on the slingshot and did a couple of sets of bench, but I think I'm gonna stop benching entirely until my shoulder surgery in a couple of weeks so that I don't have a ton of inflammation going into it. I'll try to get back on track with the dedication to my routine this weekend and next week.

Notes: Jumped right in with 410 on deadlift. First 3 reps moved okay, but couldn't get the 4th off the ground. I'll be resetting weights back a bit next week and hopefully will get in all of my workouts. Surgery is next Wednesday, so won't be able to lift for a couple of weeks after that most likely. I'll try to get back in with some SSB squats as quickly as possible though.
