Is anyone else noticing a drop in quality as of late with your favorite breweries?

I've noticed alot more generic tasting beers. What really annoys me is all the hazy IPA's on the market. I love the style, but way too many and 90% are garbage. Also, here in western Washington/Seattle, there is a HUGE surge in Pilsners being brewed. I have no idea why, especially in the winter time. I would like to see more darker lager styles being brewed like Dunkel's and Bock's.

With some breweries, yes. I’ve been lucky to still have Burial killing it with their ipas and stouts still. But lately some normally good breweries seem watery. My guess is popularity created larger batches that watered down the product.

What is your opinion on pastry stouts and smoothie-style sours?
At one of the local beer stores, pretty much those two styles and IPA's are only in their refrigerators.
How are they different from regular stouts/Imperial stouts?"I don't mean to sound bitter, cold, or cruel, but I am, so that's how it comes out."

Smoothie sours are made with unfermented fruit which will explode the can if it hits room temp for too long. So they need to be in the cooler for sure. I had one explode once, not pretty. The entire top of the can blew upward and I had to repaint my ceiling.
I am guessing the ipas are there cold because they sell well. Pastry stouts can have milk, cream and other ingredients that hold the flavor better if kept cold.Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.

(Reuters) - A San Diego federal jury said Friday that Molson Coors must pay craft brewery Stone Brewing $56 million for causing consumer confusion with ads for its Keystone brand.
Molson Coors' branding infringes Stone Brewing's "Stone" trademark, the jury said after a three-week trial. It also found that Molson Coors did not infringe purposefully.
I knew there was a lawsuit, I had no idea it was for that much money.
I never drink Stone anymore."I don't mean to sound bitter, cold, or cruel, but I am, so that's how it comes out."
