that's fuktarded. I was at Burial last weekend and this asshat is the loudest dude in the joint AND he literally doesn't stop talking the 20 ish minutes I'm there. What's he wearing? A gotdamn treehouse sweater. EAD loser.
Sorry, but I think that beer sucks. At least it isn't a fuggin hazy IPA though
Many hazy IPAs I had in chicago suuuuukkked. I think Hop Butcher had the best "win" rate than any other haze brewery while I was there, and I'd say Mars was pretty reliably solid too. But I REALLY enjoyed the non haze IPAs from Sketchbook in Evanston. Their Day Game and Night Game were some of the best OG style IPAs I've had since pre haze days and it was refreshing to see a 4pk of beer with pricetag of $12 that is not from Toppling Goliath.

what up guys! agreed that my love of HAZY IPA's has driffted, everyone around here is making a hazy and 98% of them suck. i will say though the different variants of hops being used is nice to see. loved CITRA when i started, but SABRO hops have won me over. that toasted coconut flavor is just amazing.

I used to long ago. The biggest issue is probably sanitation and cleanliness. You have to be really anal about keeping everything sanitized to avoid contamination and off flavors. Unless you like sours and saisons I guess then whatever. It's easier if you have a big outdoor boiler, but you can do it stovetop. Other than that you really just need room for a couple 5 gallon buckets.

Some great beers in Raleigh looking at homes. First two are Burial and the beautiful haze they brew. Next is some Funguys and a Burial stout. We tried Altered State for the first time, nice Key Like Pie sour. Tastes as described, delicious. And you can’t miss that New Anthem haze, up there with some of the best in the country.

I dont know how you guys drink IPAs.
They give me the worse bitter beer face.
I've been drinking a lot of Nano Brews from a local place here. They make an excellent Hefeweizen and a Passionfruit Sour which is amazing. Its called Parlor City BrewingKrispy Kreme Krew Forever.
